One of the best service repairs shops I’ve ever had repairs. Very clean,and organized , Service manager- Megan was professional and courageous , sent out regular text/ emails throughout the day while car was in shop. The mechanic- Corey / and service manager work together to keep you well informed. Very satisfied with the service today and recommend this shop.
Also provide 24/hour drop off and pickup service.

Excellent customer service! I was going to book an appointment online for service but the soonest was too far out, so I cancelled the online booking process. I received a text the next day asking if they could help. I explained what I needed and they said they could fit me in. I was very impressed. It’s nice to know that there are places that still care about the customer and keeping their business. The customer service at the counter was excellent and the techs did a great job. Not many service stations send pictures of your vehicle so you know exactly what’s happening and a full digital report. Well done staff. You definitely have a new customer with me! Thanks.

First visit. On boarded as new client was impressive. Megan explain diagnosis and price estimate. Communication via text message confirmed appointment and her knowledge of my ac issue was impressive. Recd reminder of appointment. Car was repaired as agreed and recd notifications of progress. Bonus added service reminded me of Mvi due in November and my tires were nearing replacement. Megan was pleasant and efficient in processing my bill. Nice little bonus gift waiting for me in my car. Nice touch. 5 stars for sure. This business can teach
the big car dealers what customer service and communication is all about. I couldn’t even get my dealer to return my calls. I am a truly satisfied customer, fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend.

Moved her from out of province, and needed an MVI. Friendly staff, and they sent both text and email updates with pictures, throughout the process so there were no surprises.

No pressure, added work, or upsells. We will take our business here in the future. This is the way auto service should be.
