Today, my car broke down on Highway 6 while en route to Tobermory for a trip from Toronto. I called a dozen other auto repair shops in the area in hopes of getting the car checked, and also because the tow truck needed a destination address. While every other shop was either unresponsive or fully booked, Carole from Kilsyth Auto picked up my call and mentioned that they would be able to accommodate my request despite being very busy. When the car arrived at the shop, they were indeed busy but nevertheless one of the mechanics spent a good hour diagnosing the car. My wife and I found out that the engine had died on us and we were devastated. However, what could have been a terrible ending to our interrupted trip became a day filled with gratitude thanks to the owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole was so welcoming and thoughtful, inviting us to sit down while we were figuring out the best option to tow the car back home in Toronto. We felt their hospitality and understanding and it really touched us. I don’t know if I will ever be able to experience another repair shop that is this caring, straight forward, and welcoming. To all reading this, I am confident that this business is an honest shop in which you can place your trust. They care about people. Thank you to Carole, Bruce, and all the mechanics we met today.

Called around lunchtime this past Friday hoping to get my tire repaired after puncturing it with a nail. Bruce and his team always provide excellent service and instantly made time for this quick emergency repair.

Absolutely amazing service! We had unexpected car trouble on a Saturday. They stayed open later to wait for us so we wouldn't be left stranded. The service was way beyond expectations and the owner so kind and fair. Highly recommend this shop!

From out of town visiting family in Owen Sound for the weekend and found a screw in our tire. Called Bruce just before they closed to see if they could repair the tire. He was extremely willing to help us out and kept the shop open late to ensure that it got fixed. Super helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend this shop enough for your auto repairs.
