JP Auto Body Shop did the bodywork on my car 2 times as I got into car accidents twice the last 3 months, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I reached out, Johnny, the owner, was very helpful and professional in explaining the process. When I walked in the shop, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional and ensured I was being helped by one of their team members. Bryan, my contact, took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed and gave me a transparent estimate.

Both works were completed timely and exceeded my expectations. My car looks brand new, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair. The paint job was flawless, and the body alignment was great. Bryan also kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind.

Not only was the quality of work outstanding, the customer service was top-notch as well. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. This place is truly the best. It's the only body shop that our family would ever think to take our cars. The service is meticulous, absolutely trustworthy, timely, incredibly communicative and your car will be better when they're done with it. Aaron and John are THE BEST. They take care of your car as if it's their own. My car had so much damage and when they were done with it, it looked brand new. They buffed out all tiny bumps, scratches, etc. The color matching is perfect. You get what you pay for, it's a fantastic place, the best people will take care of your car.

Someone rear-ended my late model BMW X3 and caused a modest amount of damage to the bumper. The other person's insurance is paying for the repairs, and my main concern was getting the best BMW repair possible. JP Auto Body is a BMW Certified repair shop, recommended by local BMW dealers.

Aaron at JP provided the estimate and worked with the insurance companies and was my point person throughout the whole process.

My car was pristine before the accident, and you would never know that it has a new bumper (and all the stuff behind the plastic outer layer). All the parts are BMW OEM, which was important to me. JP matched the paint perfectly, and the whole repair and car looks fantastic.

So yes, I highly recommend JP Auto Body. Hopefully I'll never need body shop repairs again. But if I do, that's where I'll go.

I have procrastinated this review for over 12 years. I went to JP Auto Body Shop today for some car work and decided that I should share a bit of my experience with the Google Reviews community. After I had a car accident 10 years ago, a good friend of mine introduced me to Johnny and Peter. Due to the great customer service and amazing work done at the auto body shop, JP auto body shop has become my go-to place for car body repairs for me and my family. For big car accidents I have had, Johnny and Peter have helped me sort things out with the insurance. And for minor car problems, they have been very reasonable with their charge rates (and even sometimes free of charge if super minor). I greatly appreciate this long term connection I have been able to build with Johnny and Peter over the past 12 years. I highly recommend anyone that needs auto body work done, to at least get a quote at JP auto body shop as they are very competitive and might beat other auto body shops in price and quality.

Learned about this place from a family member. My car needed some good repairs. The hood was crooked, the lamp was broken, and the front left bumper was dented. The staffs were very nice and proactive. They sent me the estimate of the car
parts on the next day after visiting then. They also helped me to set up the claim with the car rental. The entire process was very smooth and stress free. Getting the car repaired kinda takes some time, but the end product was very well done. My car now looks brand new 😭

The folks at JP Auto Body Shop are great--very efficient, professional, and helpful. They were able to get a part for me immediately while other shops said there might be a months-long wait. They handled all the insurance paperwork, and I got my car back sooner than expected.
