I give a high rating because they solved my problem the minute I contacted them. They replaced my burnt out light bulb very quickly. Before that I had been to several car repair shops and they all offered me an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance, which didn't suit me.

Had a coolant hose pop off and they were able to help me the same day I called! Was fixed within an hour at a great price when a different place said it would be 1.5 hours and over 350 to fix

Joe’s Garage was recommended to me by my moms friend for fair prices and a job well done. I called about a pre-saftey check a few months ago, for my 2003 grand am. They scheduled me in and looked over it a couple days later. They gave me a fair price estimate for parts and labour. I had my boyfriend do most of the work just to cut down on costs… free labour. I called them on thursday to have them fix the the ebrake and saftey my car. Over the phone they mentioned I would also need the front left wheel bearing replaced, as i suspected and we were missing a part for the ebrake, as pontiac doesn’t make parts anymore the shop wasn’t able to find one either. I asked if they would be able to make a part to get the e brake working. They came up with a fix today and had my car saftied and ready for pick up by 3. Once again with a fair price, if i have any other issues i would definitely come back to Joe’s Garage 👍🏻

Not too pleased with their service. Talked me into getting a hinge for my back door hatch on my rav 4 to fix the opening.

They managed to get it more closed with the hinge but not fully. Plus they didnt get thenback hatch to open automafically when i pressed the button to open it. I still have to open the hatch from the inside.

I would have appreciated a discount from the original price as they didnt exactly solve the entire problem.

From my one encounter, the guys at the shop seem very honest, very fair, and very helpful. I just moved to Owen Sound and they did me a big solid. Appreciate that type of business, and i would happily deal with them again in the future for bigger things.

Best shop in town!!!! I won't go anywhere else now.. I took my jeep into Joe's because I wanted a second opinion about the problem I was having they found the problem very fast!!! And then squeezed me in to fix with in reasonable time after it sat at prime time auto for a week and a half

They were recomended to me 2 years ago. Rick on desk is very professional. The mechanics are accurate and quick and explain things in a friendly way. Joe is super honest and keeps prices fair. you will be well cared for.
