I'd give zero if I could. Almost two weeks ago I inquired about a specific truck. I was given the salesman named Ivan. And was supposed to be helped by Jamie the general manager as well.

Before anything I wanted to know what my bi weekly payments would be. And I was very specific as to that I had no equity in my trade in because I owed about 20k on it. But I also stated to Ivan that I don't have negative equity in it. I asked him to run the numbers with a hypothetical trade in of 20k so I could know what to expect when saving on the taxes from the trade in. Because I made it very clear that the taxes was all I would be able to make off of my trade in. He ran the numbers and came back with a payment I liked.

We go back and forth for a week. I live 4 hours from the city but was passing through town on my way back from Calgary. I stopped to see the vehicle and decided to go further. I was told twice at this time he'd give me a breakdown of the sale. He never did. This is where I met Jamie, the general manager. who I actually went to high school with. He fixed a mistake in the interest rate and told me once things were more solid with the deal and we figured specifically with my trade to bring him back into it and he'd try his best to make it even better.

We decided to do the deal after I got back home. Solidified the deal. It was for my wife and her car we were trading in. Ivan asked if I had anything owing on the vehicle which I found odd because I had made it clear that I had no equity in the vehicle and owed around 20k. The finance lady talked to my wife and got her I formation. That same day at 11am I asked Ivan what the payments came out to exactly since we figured an exact number for what they were giving on the trade and what we owed on the trade. He came back with a number that was $300/month more that we had agreed on. When I asked him why that happened, he stated because I owed money on my vehicle still. After talking with him and telling him since our very first convo on the phone, and more than once that I had no equity in the vehicle he stated he thought I owned it. I cancelled the transaction until further notice.he said Jamie would call me.

This was an obvious problem. I live 4 hours out of the city. I had a baby sitter and hotel booked and now I'm paying $300 a month more for something that I MADE SURE MULTIPLE TIMES HE UNDERSTOOD. I digressed this to him and he stated Jamie would phone me. Jamie didn't phone. I left a message and phoned his line twice. Now it's Friday, we were supposed to leave tonight. Still no call from Jamie. Cancelled the hotel. Cancelled the babysitter. Cancelled who was going to watch the dog. Found out in the meantime when the finance lady called back that my wife was denied. Because she was told to apply to the banks with this extra $300 a month payment. On top of that it hit her credit 3 times. Lowering it by 10 points. For a deal that I cancelled the day before. No one bothered to tell finance. Not Ivan. Not Jamie. The finance lady said she had been trying to get my wife approved all day, wasting time when I had cancelled the deal the day before.

I've bought 7 vehicles from dealers since 2012. This is the absolute worst I've been given the run around and ignored in my life by such an inept staff at a dealership. I can't get back the time I wasted. The plans I made, ability to not comprehend or completely ignore things I stated more than once resulting in 3 hits and 10 points worth of credit score they wasted. The fact that non of this was communicated with finance from Ivan, nor Jamie is abhorrent.

I will never deal with this dealership so long as I live and will make sure every word that comes from my mouth in this small community will reflect how I've been treated. They don't care about you. They don't care about a relationship. And they had 2 days to correct anything with this situation and chose to ignore it.

Straight up nincompoops.

We have dealt with the dealership for many years, not only for service for all of our car purchases. In general, we were satisfied, until they sold us an absolute toilet of a truck. Unfortunately, they claim no responsibility to the many mechanical issues we’ve had with it, and the used car manager seems to think that because they used vehicles they should not be responsible for them. We’ve learnt our lesson with this dealership, and will never purchase again from them. They also run and own the Dodge store on Regent. Please be aware that the used car staff love to use Facebook to give out customers personal information. I would steer clear of the whole Pham. I will purchase a new truck in two years as my business is expanding, and I will not deal with this dealership or any of his other dealerships whatsoever.

I had the best sales associate a girl could ask for. In less then 24 hours I was approved for financing and drove away with the vehicle I wanted. He understood my needs and worked within my budget. As someone who doesnt have the most ideal credit i couldnt have asked for a better deal. If your in the market for a vehicle ask for Arnie Calixto, he and his partner where beyond amazing.

We had a great experience at Jim Gauthier's Kia dealership, which is why we decided to visit their Chevrolet dealership to trade in our Kia EV for a larger Equinox EV. Raman assisted us, but unfortunately, when it came to finalizing the deal, we felt that he didn’t put in the effort to make it work. In the end, we took our trade-in to Birchwood Chevrolet the following day, where we received better service and support.

We got our Orlando from this dealer back in 2013 and each time i do an oil change, I will check the Traverse and apply a law of attraction that one they it will be ours. Yesterday God gave it to us. We are over the moon right now with our 2023 Traverse. This dealer is superb! Kyle and Kim were so patient and helpful. We were never forced and took their time to make sure we get what we want and we need. Thank you so much for your help. You made sure we get the best advice. I will always come back on our next dream car (corvette) lol. We got our other cars from different dealership like Store in Main, terrible services.

Had some issues with my Nissan Pathfinder that I bought through the dealership. Fahim Tapu, my Service Advisor, was amazing. He ensured my vehicle was running and made every effort to ensure it was running well. Excellent Service. Rich Rioux, the Service Operations Manager, was great. I have been to a lot of dealerships and He was extremely professional and concerned. He was genuine in ensuring my vehicle ran properly. This was a great experience. And I would highly recommend Fahim Tapu and Rich Rioux.

Purchased our new Chevrolet trax on October 29, 2024. The experience was incredible. Salesperson Ivan Nicoll was sincere, honest and incredibly helpful. Managers Jamie,
Quinn and Kaylen treat you as more than a customer. They treat you like family and when they tell you they appreciate your business, they mean it. Liz in finance was clear and concise with the protection packages. Russell showed my wife, (who is not the most tech savvy person) all the tech available and broke it down to layman’s terms where she understood it all. Gauthier Chevrolet treats you like family and I will be a loyal customer.
