Wow - what an experience dealing with ‘G’ at Jeff Pfeil Mazda in Owen Sound. The customer service I received is second to none and puts many others to shame. G went above and beyond, not only with the Mazda CX90 I purchased, but also in helping me get out of my Kia Lease. He spent the time walking me through how to end my current lease, and was always there when I had a question. He searched for the specific Mazda I wanted, and delivered! I am throughly impressed the car I received, in both quality, finishing details and technology. Excited to spend the next three years driving my CX90!

My experience is really with the sales manager Gautam Shah. I bought my previous Mazda from him at a different location. He impressed me. I was in sales all my life I’m good in detecting good honest knowledgeable sales people. So when I was ready to trade old one (2017) with a new one I went directly to him. He was now at a far away location from where I live. But I didn’t want to deal with anyone else so I drove the long distance too ok pick up my car. We did most of the transaction via messaging. Mutual trust, nothing like it. Today is the first day I’m enjoying my new (4th) Mazda 3.
As for the Owen Sound location. I was very impressed with the. Business Manager Morgan and the showroom’s cleanliness.

Purchasing a new vehicle is a huge decision that can be intimidating for a lot of people. Luckily, my family and I chose to deal with Jerry Pfeil Mazda, and specifically Gautam Shah (G) when we recently purchased a brand new vehicle.

We run a family business, and are currently expecting our second child. The vehicle we have been using is quite old, and didn't really have much to offer as far as safety and space.

There were so many different options available at the dealership, and G listened very carefully to all of our different needs, questions, concerns, and reservations with the ultimate patience.

This allowed him to price out multiple different options for us that actually aligned with what we were looking for. It's very stressful trying to pick something out and we were so grateful to have somebody that we trusted that had our best interests in mind when we selected our vehicle.

After going back and forth many times with the different options, we came to a decision and purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 AWD - this vehicle is absolutely glorious, and meets all of our needs like safety, space , aesthetic appeal, and overall specs.

G was more than happy to field our multiple questions, hash out multiple different scenarios for us, and make recommendations that we knew we could trust. This is huge with such a large life decision on the line.

He even went above and beyond, providing transportation for us to the dealership to pick up the new vehicle when weather conditions made it impossible for us to get there.

Highly recommend the customer service, support, and vibe of G, his associate Morgan who did our paperwork and registration, and this dealership overall - anyone looking for a new or used vehicle is in excellent hands here, with someone you can trust to have your best interests in mind.

My husband and I bought a car at Jerry Pfeil Mazda with the wonderful help of G (Gautham) last month. After a month of driving we are still super happy with our new car. G listened to what we needed and offered us what he had best with all the criteria we had. We had an amazing experience, I would recommend to anyone who needs a car to at least go see him and talk about your needs. He is easy to talk with and he makes sure to meet every criteria.

I recently purchased a new car and this review describes my experience with the dealership. Being in the rural area I have been buying cars over email or by phone and this was no different. My wife and I had stopped by on two occasions while passing though Owen Sound to inquire about the availability and prices. In our first visit we were looking to buy a hybrid model but it would be almost six months of wait. In our second visit to the dealership, we spoke with Gautam exploring availability of regular models. Both times we found the staff to be very friendly and Gautam was extra helpful explaining the model differences and availability. This is when we considered this particular dealership to be our first choice. Soon after we decided on the model and started negotiations over email and texts. We knew that the best offer always comes face to face but given our limitations this was pretty much our only options. After a few iterations we finally accepted an offer that was not the best but given the volume of sales in the smaller dealerships we did not mind the difference. There was a bit of confusion though when we received the Bill of Sale. Some of the items shown as zero dollar in the offer were marked NA in the bill of sale eroding the deal we discussed. We called Gautam and he showed some flexibility to find a mid-point and offered some accessories. The day we picked up our vehicle, Gautam took us though all the details and assigned a staff to explain the features.
