Amazing service! I brought my car to Jay's Auto on Monday late afternoon because light engine was on. They were able to determine the problem and called me back right away with a price quote. Fast, friendly and transparent. Needed my breaks done on my truck. Wasn't sure exactly what was needed but they stayed late to diagnose and explained the issue and what was needed. Fixed the next morning for me with no surprises. Definitely will be back when needed. It's nice to have a reliable new shop in town I can happily recommend their service.

Ali was very down to earth and honest about
the current issues, potential future issues, and what he recommended. I could tell he wasn't up charging, and only addressing what needed to be done. Work was done quickly and professionally, with a courteous follow up a couple days later. I'm very happy with the service, and I'll probably bring my vehicles here for maintenance going forward!

Called Jay's Auto this morning as we had the engine light come on again on the Caravan. We told him what the code said and he said it sounds like the thermostat and housing. He said to bring it in and he could look it over and give us a quote. He called back with the price and it was quite reasonable. We said go ahead and fix it. He took only a couple hours to repair it and the van was picked up at 5:30. He was very honest and personable. He even checked the van over to make sure there was nothing else wrong. We will for sure be bringing our vehicles there when needing repairs.

Ali was able to get me in on short notice for a repair I needed before I drive up to Toronto, the service and professionalism I got there was like no where else.
