Best mechanic shop in London hands down, they do great work, fast, and very honest with very competitive prices. I won’t ever bring my car into another shop other then this one. They also always give you a quote before they do the work unlike a lot of shops that charge you as soon as you bring the car in. Very friendly and an amazing local family run business. I strongly recommend to go here for any car needs.

My husband and I have been using the wonderful services of Jack's Central Auto for about twenty years now, and have only great things to say about them. Their honesty and integrity is second to none!!! That's why they are always so busy! I leave their garage with total peace of mind, knowing, without question, that my vehicle is road worthy and safe to drive. I have always found their prices to be much more reasonable than any dealership's rates, (I have compared prices) and they use the specific car "brand" parts your vehicle requires. Their talented mechanics leave no stone unturned to get to the root of any problem and are very knowledgable in the best way to solve any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! They are the best!

I've been going to Jacks Central Auto Service for years and so has my mom. They treat you fairly, honestly and do a great job with their services. From a simple oil change or tire switch to breaks and body work that they had to outsource for me, my vehicles have been kept in great shape at a fair price!

Brought our SUV in for a safety inspection, and had some repairs completed to pass the safety. Very happy with the work; it was completed on time and in line with the initial estimate they gave me. Also had some body work done through Jack's Central Auto by a body shop, and again I was happy with the work and the cost. Excellent customer service. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend.

My wife's work uses this place for their fleet, so we decided to try it for ours. We had a front strut go and other places were double the estimate and tried to push replacing both struts when we only needed one. They were fast, friendly and excellently priced. Will be returning for sure.

Note: it has been 3 weeks since it was fixed (at the time of this review) and still no issue with the repair.

Once upon a time this was a place to take your vehicle for service/repair. Unfortunately over the past few years their service/repairs has taken a down slide spiral.I wouldn’t recommend them any longer. Even after being a loyal costumer for years with multiple vehicles for service/repairs. Sadness really .
