I took my car to JNA Automotive last weekend, and I was really happy with the experience. From start to finish, Jeff and his mechanic were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jeff took the time to explain the repairs needed without any pressure or confusion.

The work was completed on time, and it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. My car runs perfectly now, and I appreciate their honesty and expertise. Jeff and team have been servicing all my vehicles for many years now. They are simply the most honest and thorough auto service center this side of town period. It is like a old school mechanic shop with integrity, sprinkled with modern up to the times tech and knowledge. You just can't beat the attention to details with fair reasonable prices, cheap service is never good, and good service is never cheap. Plus they provide solid backed up warranty on all parts and labour so you can keep your mind at ease, so priceless. Thanks for taking great care of all my vehicles it has been much appreciated especially considering how difficult it is to find a good trustworthy mechanic nowadays, it is equivalent to finding a good or any family doctor in this city.

What an amazing experience. We found J.N.A by a Google search. Jeff helped my son's girlfriend on a Saturday morning. He was so friendly and has such a kind soul. Found these guys one day a few years ago, and never worried about having a mechanic I can trust since. Jeff has been easy to get a hold of when i had a question or issue appear out of the blue. Amen, Mickey and Ren are friendly and capable. I bring my car here regularly for maintenance and to keep track of any issues developing with the car. Price wise for the work performed, they provide a great value for the money. Jeff is great too!

I arrived at the shop, and was immediately greeted by Jeff and one of his employees by the name of Mikey! They were both attentive and understood the reason for my visit which was an oil change on my vehicle. Jeff and Mikey took the time to educate me on my options and ensured the option I selected was in my best interest.
Mikey was the tech who completed the oil change. He was fantastic! Took his time and did a fantastic job even showing me the oil he was putting into my vehicle. Mikey made sure I understood everything that I needed to.
Mikey and Jeff also took time to address the codes that were popping up on my dash. They also were kind enough to provide me a quote to get the services completed!

I now understand what it means to have a reliable shop to trust!
