Hi surrey community please don't go this shop repair collision vehicles girls front desk very nice but estimate person has tooto not so good I get accident it not my fault ICBC paymed and they charge me $499 for gst he don't tell me one I was bring car when fishing job he tell me by the way they are not good for community please be away I think owner he don't know what his workers doing

I have been using IP Auto for 8 years, never had any problems. Family run business that is no doubt caring and thinks for clients all the time. I would not hesitate to bring all my cars to IP Auto. They deal with ICBC directly and gets your problems solved right away. They can even service any type of cars, you don't need to bring it to expensive dealerships...

I purchased a vehicle and ICBC asked for appraisal. Someone recommended IP Auto. I called to book an appointment. I was told only Mr Saleem does appraisals and he is the owner apparently. I was told to call back. I called repeatedly for over a week to get an appointment but every time I was told he is not available and that he doesn’t have a fixed schedule. After waiting for over a week I ended up taking my vehicle to another workshop who was able to do the appraisal in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time calling these guys. All these 5 star reviews are most probably fake. An Absolute waste of time and they have no regard for customers.
