So happy with my SUV repairs done at CSN Owen Sound.
Our 2023 Ford Escape was hit from behind in Rockford while stopped at the red light. No one was hurt but the SUV!
We were advised by our insurance company that CSN in Springmount was their repair centre .
Dropped the SUV off and got a good little rental for the time our vehicle was being serviced which was perfect because I had a trip planned to go look after my elderly mother for a week. The rental ran smoothly… However, I still missed my own vehicle.

In less than two weeks got our SUV back and it looked brand new. You’d never know it had been crashed into! My SUV looked great and was also very clean inside and out! The workers great work made this experience so easy to go through.
I’m thankful to have had our vehicle repaired at a business where they care about the work they do and it shows.

Fantastic service. The quote was fast and accurate, booking in was quick. They even have a rental car option on site. They stuck to the quote and updated me to ask about any extras that came up. They finished on time and returned the vehicle in a sparkling condition. I didn't expect it to be detailed, but it was most appreciated! They even provided a new sticker for the side as one had to be removed for repainting. That was above and beyond! Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying WOW!
Intact Service Centre - CSN Owen Sound (VR) has done it again. They never cease to amaze me. CSN has fixed many cars I’ve had in the past since I’m prone to car accidents and this time is no different. I got my car back looking even better than it looked before. It’s as I’ve I never even crashed.
CSN even set me up with a reasonably priced, very sporty rental vehicle.
The guys in the back sure know their way around a front bumper. They were quick to assess the damages are had it repaired in no time. The girls out front are always so kind when I walk through the door and work so dang hard. They kept me updated through every step of the way and helped me with all my questions. When I got my final bill I was in shock. I thought for sure I’d have to sell a kidney!
CSN treats me like family there and an absolute delight to work with. You can be sure I’m going to tell everyone I know that Intact Service Centre - CSN Owen Sound (VR) is the right place for you when that snow bank comes out of nowhere.

These guys are amazing !! They went above and beyond with my car.. was not expecting a full detail after they fixed the repairs on my car. My car felt brand new again!!! It was an extremely easy process.. I love the text messages! Everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful. Totally recommend !

Unfortunately we have had to use intact service centre twice for repairs. Both times my husband and I have been very happy with the work, the extra detailing and cleaning they do to the car is a nice touch and Jackie at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with!
