Absolutely the best experience I've had getting my vehicle serviced! Jessica, the service advisor, was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. She kept me informed with detailed pictures and videos of the work being done, which really gave me peace of mind. The invoice was clear and thorough, including all the warranties for parts and labor. It’s rare to find such great customer service and transparency in the auto repair world. This shop is now my go-to for oil changes and repairs on my work van. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, they were able to fit me in first thing this morning to service my car. I had a nail in my tire, unable to pop my hood, and a burnt out bulb. Fixed up everything within an hour and at a very reasonable price. Had a nice time talking to the front desk worker and owner, while having a free coffee. Will definitely be back for future car services and highly recommend

I’ve recently moved to the Windsor area and I’ve been working at a company that sends their fleet of vehicles to this shop. My company had giving this place great reviews, so I decided to use this shop for my vehicle maintenance.

My first 2 visits were For an oil changes and a rust coat protection. They were Professional In communicating timing for their services.

I had went to another shop to get an oil change and what I had found was shocking and despicable, The drain plug on my oil pan was broken and covered in silicone!! and when I had went to the shop to address this issue with the owner (Jose) he spoke in a aggressively & belittling manner. He did not take ownership for ruining the oil pan, which I had to replace at a cost of $400 because this shop did not want to replace it after breaking the drain plug. He then stated, that I did this or the other shop did this to my vehicle, after providing him with pictures that was taken as soon as the car was on the Hoist. I was so upset about this because I did not want to write a review. I did not want to go to the board and report them. I just wanted them to fix What they had damage and there was no accountability on their part. My vehicle was a brand new vehicle where I had only went to them and only them for an oil change. This was so disheartening, and I was so distraught, because in the sit down with him, (Jose) he kept telling me about the integrity that his shop uphold. This is so disappointing, and I would not recommend this shop to anybody in the Windsor area.

Jessica, Sina and the team are great to work with. I brought my car in for some front end work and alignment. They were affordable and worked with me in getting the vehicle in and out in a timely manner. They also provided shuttle service (pickup and drop off) in case you need to be elsewhere during the repairs.

Brought my van in for repair. Thought this place looked humble and would be reliable. Did a repair for a fuel filter. Paid a reasonable amount for it to be done with labour involved. Soon after leaving, I get the engine light on for the same issue. Take it back, they look at it, release it back to me, I leave, engine light comes back. I take it in a 3rd time, and then they blame the car engineers for the issue! It's a mechanics job to navigate the build of a car! Then they tell me the repair is several thousands to fix. They never told me this was the issue to begin with. I still have issue filling my gas tank to this day, drive around with an engine light on.

At this point I've wasted in money, wasted lots of time waiting around, and they want to get more $$$ out of me to do anything else. I feel like I was totally swindled. I checked the code against the Nissan service manual, then went online to find the matching part. The entire fuel sensor assembly can be bought for like $200 CAD. I can only speculate they tried to get away with a cheap fix, didn't get away with it, and then hit me with an actual repair bill to replace the part while taking 0 responsibility for it. Or they are just incompetent, no idea what they're doing. Unbelievable. Even with 4+ stars of reviews, finding a good mechanic is hard. Heads up anyone, be informed of the risk.

Seems they followed the typical google reviews damage control cheat sheet. Gaslight the reviewer, deflect, and avoid responsibility. "It has to be done somewhere else!!". I'm sure they'd like people to believe all critical reviews are made by people who think they confused HURON automotive, the garage on HURON CHURCH with some other place, that's not between subway and RBC. It's funny, because it's a small garage with a few employees on site. This isn't a corporation with 100's to 1000's of employees, and you can point a finger. They want to you to contact after, yeah, like I'm trusting no retaliation will be involved after such red flags. My experience lines up with other critical reviewers.

The service counter and mechanic were collaborating the whole time, I was getting this same information from both of them. At no time photos, videos, or printouts provided. They only explained it needed a specific repair before I paid and approved, only to ambush with a sudden epiphany 3 visits later that they need to do it over with at least 2.5x the cash. I guess that's how that works, 3rd times the charm. I guess this is a casino rather than a mechanic with these measures in place. Buyer Beware!!

I had a challenging day traveling from the US to Windsor to pick up my medications, and it turned into quite the adventure. Shortly after hitting the interstate in my rental car, the tire pressure monitor light came on. Time was already tight, and I stopped at three different places to put air in the tire, but none of them accepted debit cards. I was pressed for time and didn't have Canadian coins on hand.

That's when Sina and her team stepped in and completely turned my day around. What might seem like a simple act of kindness was a huge relief in a very stressful moment. Their willingness to help me out when I needed it most was a saving grace.

I travel across the border frequently, and thanks to this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services for any car needs in the future. Plus, they have an adorable office dog—what more could you ask for? 😊 Thank you guys again!!!
