Hub Tune-up is always there for me…both for routine procedures and emergency situations. The guys are all friendly and empathetic. They do great work. They work quickly. And they do their best to save me money. They have even squeezed me in on a busy day when I needed help right away. A truly professional operation. I highly recommend them.

I was in to Hub Tune Up yesterday for the first time. I was having a mystery noise that two other garages couldn't decipher and Hub Tune Up were recommended as they are knowledgeable about Hondas. Right away I was impressed with their customer service. They were very friendly and arranged to have my car seen within two hours even though they were quite busy. They then managed to find and solve the problem for a very reasonable price. Very impressed!

Ladies this one is for you!! I recently had my older vehicle to these folks and would like to share with you what a great experience I had, these guys worked on my car for two full days and found and fixed my ignition problem along with checking fluids, and filters and making sure my brakes were working well so that myself and family are safe. In these days where costs are so high purchasing a new vehicle for some folks can be difficult and as we all know older vehicles require maintenance leading to repairs. I was very fortunate to find this repair shop willing to restore my old car to run like it's new again. So to all the ladies out there needing repairs to your vehicle and are looking for a service center that is honest, reliable, and charges reasonable rates this ones for you!!! I took my car in on Tuesday to find the cause of the problem I was experiencing. They kept looking until they found the problem. I was given fantastic advice about how to handle the problem. These guys were very honest with me about repairs and when I paid the bill, I was pleasantly surprised with the total. I would trust Hub to deal with any future issues and I will tell everybody about the excellent service I received.

I have been taking my car here for awhile for regular maintenance. It came highly recommended. Friends told me they do everything in their power to help and my experience has been no different. They are efficient, thoughtful and very reasonable! We are lucky to have them nearby- although they would be worth the drive to anyways!

First time visiting Hub Tune Up and had a really great experience. Called about having my car looked at for an issue with the brakes and I was able to book an appointment within less than 2 weeks which was much sooner than I was able to get with other shops. They were quick, took the time to show me the issues and what needed repaired, and were overall very friendly and pleasant to work with. Had my brake lines replaced in a few hours for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to Hub Tune Up for future repairs.

I am very fussy on my old truck. Its a Ford F150 so very rarely ever goes into a shop. Not very often I am 100% pleased with the service received at Hub Tuneup on Willow Street. Friendly staff, excellent mechanics and everything done was perfectly and timely.
