Had a safety done on my business van in and out in a day!! Perfect service!
My truck gave them a hard time however, they continued working on it. Henry is amazing to deal with he really cares about servicing your vehicle properly !! They would have gotten 5 stars it just took a bit longer than I liked but it was out of their control !!

Made an appointment for a safety 8 days in advance. Dropped it off the day of appointment and they never looked at for 8 more days. No one ever called me to keep me posted. So I started calling everyday.Every time I called, three different people would answer the phone and no one seemed to know what was going on. On the 12th day they called me to tell me it was safetied but it had other issues. Told me I needed a new water pump, which I didn't. It was simply the upper hose clamp that was leaking after I changed both hoses. One of the issues I took it there for in the first place was a high idle issue. They kept telling me I had a vacuum leak. I changed out the lower carb gasket myself and it did run slightly better but still intermittently had high idle issues. I made another appointment dropped it off and on the second day they had it I just went in and grabbed my keys and took my vehicle. I will never go back to this place. Henry is nice but did call my Van silly which was not professional at all. Xtreme Auto is the best shop in town but they are way busy and are booking 3-4 weeks out most of the time.

These guys really saved the day for me. I ended up with a screw in my tire and it was losing air fast. Of course it was the end of the day and most of the garages were closed. These guys had sent the mechanics home but there was still one guy there that said come in and we will get the tire plugged for you. He got my vehicle in quick and had the tire plugged in no time. Friendly and quick service and even squeezed me in even though they were basically closed. Like I said saved the day for me!! Thank you H & I!!!!!

Took my Brand new truck to get tires swapped to k02s. It was near end of day couple guys working on it. I seen one rim leaning against shop door frame. Upon cleaning the grease off used to install tires I had a good mark on one rim. Talked to them and they denied even though minutes before I had taken pictures of every rim. Very disappointing they wouldn't come good for it. Truck has less then 4000 kms

We brought our BMW here for a cracked valve cover and they did an excellent job. They were extremely fair in updating us with the original inspection as well as the total cost of the repair. The customer service was also very friendly, genuine, and thorough. Thanks again!
