Went there with an appointment at 1pm. They took me in 2 hours later at 3pm. Needless to talk about professionalism. I just kept my cool as it seems they really do have a mechanic crisis in Nova Scotia which is really terrible problem to have.

Furthermore upon inspection, they have discovered few issues. I said i dont think that to be the case so i wouldn’t need a quote. I will fix the issues. So he printed another paper where only two problems are mentioned and not all the things he mentioned.
1. Rear shocks leaking
2. Clunking noise (although there aren’t any) at steering wheel. You could only say its not as smooth as a BMW as its just a Mazda.

Didn't pass Nova Scotia's standards of mvi or i just met the wrong institution, who knows!

*The next day I have just called them to say that i have fixed the rear shocks and the mechanic said there’s no clunking noise*

Now they dont have appointment up until next next two weeks. I have told them its just one thing , you can literally see the rear shocks through the tire. He said its a 40minute job and why didnt i do it in their store yesterday. I was speechless because i dont want to pay for your monopoly.” Then regarding the two weeks , I found out that its because the inspection is valid for two weeks and I would need to pay again .

These people should be out of business for MVI inspections and there should be a way to inform the authorities regarding this.

I felt very unwelcome at this garage. The woman running the business had a condescending attitude and the prices were much higher than other shops I've used. To make matters worse, I heard a shockingly racist comment from her while I waited.
There wasn't even a proper waiting area, and the service was painfully slow to justify ripping me off. I asked to speak with the owner but he refused to talk! I will not be returning. don't waste your money there.

DO NOT take your vehicle here!!! I took my car to this place to get some work done and when I picked it up I had noticed the check engine light was on and the radio was not working. I went back inside and they told me to make another appointment. After I brought it back for a second time, they had informed me that they could not diagnose the issue and they do not believe it was their fault but rather blamed the issues on me. Long story short I paid to get my vehicle fixed and it was returned to me in worse condition and they took zero responsibility. These People are CROOKS!!! Do not waste your time and money here...

I wanted to buy 2005 Toyota Tacoma brought by the dealer for inspection and I was told by the mechanic the vehicle didn't have serious issues and unfortunately i discovered while driving around that steering was tough and was told by a mechanic 4x4 stuck, and there were steering fluid leak, rack and pinion issues and transmission line leaks. Besides fixing coolant leak and serpentine belt and a piece, the ac does not work. You guys must give proper inspection, it is a safety issue and you cause people like me lose a lot money and have stressful days/weeks. This is a shame!
