Gregory is semi-retired but an excellent clock or watch repairman. Fascinating history in his shop to look at as you wait for your repair. He was deelightful, as was his work.

Trusted with every clock and watch we own, for over a decade, George gives great service!!
Repaired a 1940's Bulova - my wife's Dad's gold watch, that needed parts and also her grandfather's 1889 Elgin pocketwatch, which keeps better time than the Bulova(!)
My Dad's Le Coultre Atmos is only handled by Gregory's and we are never disappointed.

This place has been in business since the 1940's and it's no wonder why, GREAT service! George (Gregory's son) runs the repair shop and does a great job; his knowledge and experience on Rolex watches is very impressive. I highly recommend them!

There are not that many clock shops left in this day and age. That's one reason this clock's repare shop is so special and so treasured in Galveston. The owner of the shop is a master craftsman and he can repaire any size clocks and watches. It seems as though time stops to rest at this place, because after you leave the shop, time never stops again.

Has had my heirloom John Bull clock for almost a year. Phone always goes to voicemail and messages are never returned. The few times I have driven by and caught him there, he promised it would be done in a few days but that never happened. If you have a timepiece that needs repair DO NOT BRING IT TO THE SHOP.

I made an appointment to have 1 wall clock serviced & an anniversary clock to be repaired. HE decided on the time of the appointment. Totally stood me up as I waited in front of his house for 45 minutes in the heat. There was a sign on the door: Out On A Housecall. I finally left & called an hour later & never received an apology or any response at all. He STILL hasn’t returned my call & there’s no need to now. I’m disabled & it was not easy to get this clock off the wall & into the car to take it to him.

Why would I trust my timepieces with someone who can’t tell time? I called another clock repair shop in Friendswood & my clock is being serviced for HALF what he quoted me so I really should be saying, “Thank you!” LOL!!

He has had my Rolex watch for cleaning now for two years and will not return it to me. I guess I need to get police and BBB involved. $8800.00 is a lot for someone to just keep and not give back. I’ve called this man weekly and still same old excuses! I’m out of town or going to another funeral. Every single week!
