Took my 2017 Q7 here for brake work. Customer service was excellent and the shop went above and beyond to make sure all concerns were addressed. I was running late from work to pick up the car, Mike waited for us and went over all the work that was done on the vehicle and the price was phenomenal. I am extremely happy with the service here, and I will continue to go to Georgian Bay Motors for my vehicle services.

The folks at Georgian Bay Motors were able to have a look at my Macan immediately after I called to let them know my issue. I was stuck 3 hours away from home and truly appreciated them checking my car right away, ordering the needed part asap, arranging an alignment, and getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Super friendly, trustworthy, professional, fairly priced, can't say enough about the service I received!!!!

Brought in my 2018 Audi s5 with climate control issues. Before confirming the appointment I asked what the diagnostic charges would be and was told if it was just checking codes then I wouldn’t be charged unless the mechanics had to go internal to the vehicle. After some time I was given a summary of the error codes from a scan tool with no path forward other than going to the dealer. When I asked if the mechanics checked for anything beyond the scan tool (which takes 5 minutes), I was told no and was charged $150. I have no issue paying for people’s time and expertise, but I felt misled over the phone and still no solution to my issues.

Mike and his team are awesome. Always straightforward and clear what needs to be done to our vehicles. We have have had our Audi serviced here since 2011. Quick winter tire changeovers too! I would really recommend you talk to his team if you have an issue with your vehicle.

Such a great shop! These guys saved our car halfway across our trans-Canada drive. No other shop on the entire peninsula would even discuss working on it, these guys found time to help us get back out on the road in just a few days.
They truly provided exceptional service and at a very reasonable price.
Also very kind people working there.

I am very pleased by the quality of their customer service and their flexibility to accommodate pressing needs. They sure do understand their customers and strive to meet those needs reasonably. Not to be impartial to other mechanic shops out there but this in all my experience is my favourite so far!

Excellent service, brought my car in for a flywheel replacement and DSG service, couldn't be more pleased. The car was kept longer than anticipated due to some found work, but the updates from the staff were excellent. Highly recommended! Will be bringing in my car for future work here.

They are fantastic. CEL on my 2012 Mercedes was telling us that an O2 sensor was bad. They checked for service bulletins and found the real cause for the CEL. They researched an alternative repair to the outrageous price and approach that Mercedes specified. These folks know their stuff and look out for their customers best interest. Highly recommend!
