Wow! Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect. I am appalled that FedEx is associated with this company. I was in today with a return label sent to me and the instructions were to drop off at a Fedex location. On arrival the receptionist who was polite explained to me that there is a process even though I have a return label. While I was trying to understand why I needed to call FedEx to put my name on the list.

The white manager came out and totally dismissed me telling me that "Your name must be on the list if not the package will not be sent", "If you leave the package here it will rot here". I was shocked, as I have never had that kind of experience. I was having a quiet discussion with the receptionist and not making any issues so I was disappointed in this response. This is not how you treat customers. FEDEX needs to disassociate itself from this company. Either they train their managers and equip them with people skills or give the contract to another delivery service agent.

This place is disgusting.

I had a 18kg package. Gardewine personal knock the door of my apartment and asked me to come downstairs to pick up the fedex heavy package. He should have knock the door with package in the hand. Instead he left it downstairs and didn't even offered the help. Incident time 9AM - June 15, 2023 Fox Bay.

These people are so bad at service. Gardewine takes parcels from all other parcel services except canada post. But these guys don’t call customers, once the parcel arrives to thompson. This always happens like this. they neither keep notice nor call the call regarding the parcel update. The tracking information with fedex or purolator won’t show clear information after gardwine receives parcel.

Packages are always dirty. Their hours are listed.... no where. So who knows when you can come get your package. Just use canada post for the love of God.

The lady that answers the phone has the worse customer service. Get her off the phones, she has attitude from the start and is not going out of her way to help or give any suggestions.
