I can't say enough good things about Garage EV! After getting the runaround from Tesla's repair center—multiple delays, unresponsiveness, and refusal to handle my warranty—I turned to Garage EV for help. Chad and his team went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of. Dealing with Tesla and my warranty company was an absolute nightmare, but Garage EV stayed persistent and professional throughout the entire process. Any delays were completely out of their hands, and I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. Now that everything is sorted, I'm extremely happy with the service. Our new EV was delayed in its delivery and we had to hit the road for a five hour wintery drive the next morning. After seeing Garage-EV's reviews from other EV owners, I connected with them to see if they could possibly squeeze us in for a seasonal tire swap. They followed up with us as soon as they opened the following morning and caught us before we hit the road, took us right away, and we were in and out within an hour with our winter tires and our peace of mind. Needed to have transmission issue diagnosed. Refered to garage ev from another auto shop. Very pleased with they're way of conduct and chad and the crew were able to get my truck done and back out in time for the snow fall. Highly recommend and will be back with any further issues, thank you!!!

Excellent first experience with the team at Garage-EV. I needed to replace the 12v battery on my BEV BMW i3. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and got a quote for the job via SMS for me to review a few minutes after my phone call. Chad was great answering all of my questions and the 2 staff members I interacted with at the reception were very nice and friendly as well.

I highly recommend Garage-EV to anyone wanting to get work done on their car for a reasonable fair price and great service!
