I can't say enough good things about this place! We were in town for a tournament when our windshield wipers suddenly stopped working, an absolute disaster in rainy weather. They took us in last minute without hesitation and went above and beyond to help us.

Not only did they manage to find the replacement motors on short notice, but they also had everything fixed within two hours! The service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced.

Thanks to their incredible help, we were able to get back on the road and focus on the tournament without any worries. If you're ever in need of a reliable, fast, and friendly mechanic, this is the place to go! Highly recommend! Thank you again!

My brother in law’s vehicle broke down shortly before he had to catch a ferry. Frank’s first question when we phoned him was, “When exactly does your ferry leave?” We told him the departure time and the problem and he said he could do it. He did it. He pointed out that there was something else that needed attention. He fixed that. His price was fair. My brother in law had time for coffee before catching the ferry.

We stopped by because we had an issue with the plate form for our bikes on the RV, I hit it 2 days before and it was badly bend. They could help us directly because they had some free time and they did an amazing job. That was a rental RV so I was pretty worried but after they worked on the bike rack you could barely see something had happened. Thank you so much for your work, you did it perfectly!! :))

We were driving down to Victoria and our head gaskets started to give out. Luckily, we were 5 minutes from this place. They took us in and inspected the car despite being quite busy, helped us arrange towing and car rental. More than we could reasonably ask. Awesome. Thank you.

Made am appointment the week before for my vehicle. Upon arrival I told them I could not leave over night. At 4pm I called asking status..in which the vehicle hadn't even been started to be looked at. This was very disappointing. I have a toddler and work full-time.. had to arrange for all day care all day just to bring my vehicle for nothing.

This business is top notch. Returning from an up island work trip my truck broke down in the Ladysmith area. They cheerfully welcomed me, repaired my truck, and had me back on the road in a few hours.And they even passed on a few tips about my old diesel to help it live a long life! Ha ha.
