About a year ago, my brother took my car in for an oil change, and the cost was $65. When I returned three months later for the same service, I was charged $91.78. This seemed unusual, so I asked my brother if this was a typical price, and he confirmed it was not.

On my third visit for an oil change, I called my father, a mechanic, to inquire about the pricing while the staff provided me with the cost. During this visit, I reviewed the paperwork closely, and the attendant mentioned he had given me a discount of approximately $15, bringing the total to $76. I verified with my father that this price was fair, and I proceeded with the payment.

I later visited a different auto shop, as I felt uncomfortable returning to the previous establishment. There, I was informed that I needed new tires. This surprised me, as I had replaced all four tires just a year prior. The technician stated that it was unlikely for the front tires to be so worn while the rear tires remained in good condition.

I then asked my father to inspect my tires, and he noticed that the rims on the front tires were significantly damaged. While I lack concrete proof, I am concerned that my front tires may have been swapped. This experience raises serious doubts about the integrity of the previous shop, particularly in their dealings with customers who may be less knowledgeable about automotive matters. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe it warrants further attention.

These guys are my new go-to mechanics! Got the car in quickly and got it back to me quickly. They gave me a fair price for my expensive car and were so great to work with! I could tell that they want to do the best for the vehicle. Seems like they have people who appreciate automotive care! Like they care about the vehicle as funny as that sounds. Great shop. very experienced. They Solved a tricky vacuum A/C repair mystery in my 23 yr old Ford E-150,( out of production 10 years now} w/out the data computer's assistance. Old school. Very reliable and affordable. I Live in Vegas and still drive back to Wintergarden for annual service. That's true.

I my self never let anyone touch my vehicle's. I always do all the work myself. You name it and I've done it.
So I took it to get the A/C recovered and have the a/c pumped back in.. They did excellent and quick! Just under and hr. And exactly as I asked and didn't push to do other stuff.. For that i will give them the ⁵stars!

Miller, Richard and their team at Florida Auto Repair did a great job repairing my car’s AC compressor and condenser. Really good people that seem to care about their customers. They went out of the way for me and made sure the car was ready when I needed it to travel back home.
