The answer the service provider gave here below under google reviews only furthers the mockery. I wrote two emails which were, once again, ignored.
NB for service ordered and fully prepaid in April 2025.

Non-existent service (NB, not poor, but simply not there, nowhere to be found). Charging in advance without delivering (since April), after half a year and ten phonecalls to their switchboard.

If I could give negative stars, I would.
Unfortunately, Google only allows a minimum of 1 star. Our experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. Once they received our payment, it became nearly impossible to get any response from them. They showed no concern for customer service or communication.
They decided to cancel our contract, and although we chose not to pursue legal action, we mutually agreed that they would refund our money. Despite numerous calls and emails over the past few weeks, we have yet to receive any refund, or even a proper update. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Completely ignore clients. Midday 22 March, came by 3 times, nobody came nobody to be found. Two people left the glass cubicle to go out, completely ignored us as well.

I went to solve a problem that, according to the unison opinion of two other mechanics who examined the car just before them, would be a matter of minutes (updating the computer system, which can only be done by an authorized Fiat garage). I left 500€ poorer. The explanation: they took 2 hours to find the problem, and then one hour and a half to redo some very difficult cabling work. Besides, it was MY FAULT if they took so long, because my car had some wood installed that didn't allow them to access where they needed. I couldn't believe it. Actually, I still don't believe it. I'm thinking of taking legal measures, they clearly abused their position. And just for the record, they really did update the computer system so it's pretty obvious what happened here. Avoid at any cost.

One star is already too much. Do NOT go to this place! Impolite staff, not helpful, unprofessional, not interested to help, even though it was a matter of real urgency that fell under the warranty. Almost impossible to get information even if promised multiple times. If you need help with your car better go to a pharmacie or ask random people in the street, definitely the better choice.
