Experiencia de TERROR ! lleve mi pickup a que le cambien una cruceta qué hacía un pequeño ruido y cambio de aceite , dejaron el tapón del aceite sin ajustar , perdió 4 cuartos de aceite casi fundó el carro , si es que no se fundió, y a la semana se cayo el cardan donde va la cruceta en una calle de tierra en west P.B. eso fue mucha suerte para mi ya que en 10 minutos debería haber estado en I95 , donde seguramente no la cuento , además de que podría haber matado a varios en el accidente, No se hicieron cargo, ahora traje el carro a un taller serio cuesta más de 3 mil dolares arreglar las piezas que se doblaron , lo bueno es que salí vivo de mi experiencia con Fast auto service , pero tal ves tu no tengas tanta suerte ...

TERROR experience! take my pickup to have a crosshead changed which made a small noise and change of oil, left the oil plug unfitted, lost 4 quarters of oil almost founded the car, if it did not melt, and a week the cardan where the crosshead goes on a dirt street in west P. B. that was a lot of luck for me since in 10 minutes it should have been in I95, where surely I do not tell it, in addition to that I could have killed several in the accident, I did not know. They took over, now I brought the car to a serious workshop it costs more than $3,000 to fix the parts that were folded, the good thing is that I came out alive from my experience with Fast auto service, but maybe you're not so lucky...

I took my car to this shop because it stopped working right down the road from them.

These guys are crooks.

Aside from overcharging for work, they quoted me $280, which was overpriced but being that I would’ve had to pay for a tow to my actual shop, I decided it was better to pay the inflated price. I sent my wife to pay and pick up the car, and the owner Henry told her it was going to be $315 but settled for $300.

After taking the additional money, they then try to charge an additional $560 to “change” the “cylinders.” Lol

This shop is not honest and I would strongly advise people who are not familiar with mechanical work on cars, to stay clear from this establishment.

Been to this spot for tire changes and oil services many times over the years with great prices and quick turn around times. When our radiator started leaking, we called to see if they could fix it. They quoted us a great fair price and had our radiator shiny brand new and car back to us within 2.5 hours...right before a busy holiday weekend.

The owner (I assume he is) is there and very hands on. He is friendly, speaks both English and Spanish and never gives the runaround. There's never any unnecessary recommendations for other work on the car. Just the work you came in for, no price gouging and great service.

I definitely do not recommend this place. demands more than what you agreed upon at the end of the job. I had to pay almost twice the amount we agreed on. zero customer satisfaction. If you love your car, don't go.

Went to this business to have a safe and quick check before I go on a roadtrip to North Carolina alone. They said I needed an oil change that the last place I took it did not do the synthetic oil change and I was over my miles. I paid $90 for that, next day 6 hours into my trip, I see smoke coming out of the engine, I stopped at a gas station in Jacksonville I open my hood to find that the oil was spilled all over the engine, the 2 oil caps where open , one was missing and the other one was sitting on the edge of the hood because they did not place it back on (see pictures of how I found it) it was Sunday and there where no Auto repair stores open at 4 pm, I was alone with my child, desperate to find where I could buy synthetic oil to refill since it was almost completely gone ( if you guys understand about cars, if I would have driven 30 more minutes I would have killed my engine completely because It cannot run without oil). I finally found an Auto zone in the middle of nowhere and was able to purchase a replacement Cap and synthetic oil.
I contacted the shop, sent them all the pictures of the proof of what they did, they mentioned they had cameras to be able to see who did the oil change in my car. I asked for a. Full refund of my money and b. reimbursement of the money I had to spend fixing the HUGE mistake they made.
No consideration, no accountability, not even apology, no refund was made, they where rude and unprofessional.
I called several times and no response from either owner, manager, or anyone working there. I would never recommend anyone to ever come to this shop. I went in there to make sure I was safe to embark on a roadtrip, they almost ruined my trip and my car would have been a total loss if I hadn't pulled over soon enough.
Worst experience, no accountability, Poor customer service,

They were willing and ready to look for the problem and give me an honest and fair quote for a burst radiator pipe where it attached to the engine block. It was late in the day, and they tried to get the part in. Nonetheless, it was ready by 9 am the next day.
Place of business was easy to find.

Was surprised they were open on a Sunday.
Two mechanics on duty, took great care of me and the A/C issues I was having.
EXTREMELY HONEST!
Highly recommend.

Stay away from this place. Unethical, cursing and violent! Had to call police !Read other reviews and you will see it’s a pattern. Even business around call him a jerk and that many customer call police and complain I had an oil change done, first time I tried them, which ended up leaking all over - went to my dealer, they wrote up paperwork to say - Fast Auto Service never put a new filter.. recommended I get a refund - when I went back to this place I told the owner- he called the dealer and me a liar. when I offered that he can talk to them I was Cursed out and physically grabbed and pushed . Wish I had recorded it! Stay away !!
