Absolute nightmare, took this in June 2023, they told me my brake pads were causing a squeaking sound. When the problem continued, they found something wrong with my rear axil shaft. I got it replaced for a very expensive bill. Jump to now, took my car to a different shop as it had been making some noises while driving. These guys showed me that the poor installation of the axil caused my emergency break to tear, and a hole through the plate. Double the price of the original expense, and per EPS Automotive their warranty is only a year. Absolutely no help, horrible attitude through the whole process, go somewhere else.

I'm not someone who usually write reviews. I showed up for a regular brake change and they gave me such a good price i ended up also getting other maintenance things done. Theyre prices are very competitive and they even ended up washing and detailing the engine. They definitly went above and beyond my experience with any other shop. Highly recommend this place

I love these guys. They are kind, professional, timely, honest. They have helped me with so many issues I've had with my van and often do small things at no cost since I am a returning customer. They have high ceilings and are able to work on large vehicles like my van. Their prices are fair and they do great work. They are always honest and up front about what is needed and how long it will take. They are always accommodating and communicative. Cannot recommend EPS enough!

I read nothing but good reviews so I brought my car for 95k check for Audi A4 2009.
It was my fault that I didn’t wait for the estimate and just told them to go ahead and repair.
I don’t know anything about car but I knew I could change wiper blade by myself.. but I had to bring in anyway and thinking it shouldn’t be that much. I was wrong..
Surprisingly to change wiper it was $90.
( parts $74.99 and labor $15)
I called Audi dealer and part was $77 with free installation… sigh
I called the owner and was told it got broken and they had to go get original Audi parts..
Here is the summary of my charge. Please wait for estimate and decide if it’s reasonable enough for you.
Oil filter, Synthetic Oil, oil drain plug, bolt, dowel, air filter, spark plug, cabin air filter brake fluid, wiper - $344.15.
Labor - $344.15(FYI - oil and filter service $30, check light $37.50, air cleaner $60, cabin air filter $90, brake fluid $90, spark plug $120, wiper $15) Total was $824.93.
Owner seemed nice and nice enough to tell me he would give me money back.
I’ve been asking around and I am not convinced this place was that reasonable..

David, thank you for the excellent service you provided for me today by replacing the thermostat, on my dream car, 2013 Mini. I feel much safer and confident driving my car. My car was overdue to be serviced and I decided to give EPS Automotive a try, since it was conveniently located near my work building. Boy am I glad I did. They accept walk-ins, and appointments. David, the Manager of the shop is a straight shooter. There’s no BS up selling, or pressure involved that you get from some of these other auto shops in the area. He showed me exactly what he recommended I might need to replace on my car (worn out brake shoes/pads, worn tire treads, etc…) with in-depth detail that allowed me to decide “yes” or “no” with ease. They definitely don’t have your typical expensive “Santa Monica” price tags for their services, and their customer service is top-notch. I went to pick up my car and noticed that they washed my car and cleaned the interior. Was not expecting that. They showed me that they go above and beyond for their customers. I will be taking my car here for all future services. Thanks to everyone at EPS.

We have a rare Porsche 993. Have used many other shops. This David did a phenomenal job. We've used his service several times now. Honest, reliable and excellent quality. Highly recommend.
