Our garage door arm came loose and dented the top of our SUV. I had seen the videos published by Dent Time on YouTube and when I saw that they were located in the San Diego area I went to the website and got a quote via text. I was able to get an appointment for the following day and Jonathan was able to get to me well ahead of schedule and was done very quickly with EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY results. His professionalism and expertise cannot be overstated. When I took a look at the results after the fact I couldn’t even se where the damage had occurred. I will for sure be contacting Dent Time if the occasion ever occurs in the future. The pricing was fair, in my opinion, and given the time to complete the work, and convenience factor, I would say it was completely worth it. Jonathan came to the house and I didn’t have to do a thing other than look at the repair, sign the repair order, and pull out my credit card. Jonathan was personable, I felt like I had known him for years, this is not a requirement, but it was a welcome trait. Dent Time is the real deal, I haven’t been this satisfied with a service, ever. After Myke (the owner) was very helpful in scheduling, Jonathon arrived on schedule and was helpful in proposing a plan and budget to remove a number of parking lot dings from our well loved Miata. Then the work was done well - there is little to see in the photos because the results were perfect!
