Calls aren't answered but go to voice mail that is full and not working. Other reviews mentioned this also.
Text? Either it too is not working or they just don't return calls, which is worse.

After calling around and not really getting anywhere Daniels was next on the Google list. At first I was yet again bummed and got an answer machine. Left a message about my 2 6500 Generac generators needing tune-ups. I kid you not, 5 seconds later my phone rang and caller ID was Daniels.
Within an hour Daniel Lawn Mower Repair was in care of the generators. If the service is this prompt thus far, I have a sneaky feeling he will deliver as told.

Excellent work at a fair price. Best place in Beaumont to take your lawn mower, edger. Blower, generator, pressure washer, compressors, etc...

Brought in several equipments.. He fixed my blower and trimmer after several weeks.. well.. only lasted three days until it has same issue.. he had my riding mower for over 8 months. And still couldn’t fix it.. he had way too many excuses why it’s taking that long. Don’t even know why he straight up said he can’t. After lots of money and time put I’ve took it back and went somewhere else. They fixed it in one day after ordering parts. This guy doesn’t know what his doing. Not coming here and never letting him work on my equipment.

horrible horrible experience.
He doesn’t have parts to fix stuff.. so ended up buying a lawn mower that he had that was used. Well the lawn mower that I got there has more issues, keep bring it back and I had to put more money on top of it. Tell me that it’s users fault. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, pretty simple to use. It bothered me so much that I took it to another farther place on riverside. I had to confirm it, and they said it had leak on the engine with low compression. So that’s why it was hard to start. Asked them what caused that and they said I bought a old lawn mower that is not well taken care of. So told me I bought a junk. Well these guys are actually certified on Honda / toro etc big company so they have better credibility.
Well so I ended up giving my lawn more to that this guy and bought a junk and probably could’ve bought a top of the line Honda lawn mower. Thanks for the stress and worse experience. I’ll try to have a good holiday.

Had my weed wacker fixed about a couple of months ago, still works good.

UPDATE: a few months later. My weed wacker was having problems staying on this morning. I took it in, the Technician took it back and found that it had fallen out of adjustment. He adjusted it, got it back working good as new. I was in & out within 5 minutes. They were very nice about it. I really appreciated it. This is a sample of how they do business.
