I would give them negative stars if I could. My insurance recommended this body shop as it is a “preferred dealer” telling us we would get in fast. TERRIBLE service with poor communication. Our truck was in the shop for 65 days. I get it, supply chain and delayed part problems, but they were awful about communicating. They then called to tell us it was ready to pick up. We drove up to get the truck and we’re horrified with what they approved as “complete”. The paint had several debris marks and drips, new bumper had a chip, they forgot to paint the hood, they took off the entire truck bed to repair the cab and missed a spot🤦🏻‍♀️ Can’t make this up. Instead of taking ownership of a terrible job the assistant manager tried to say the dings on the hood directly where we were hit were “maybe rock chips” yeah …15 rocks hit me all in the same spot. He then admitted they had the hood to be repaired in the estimate for insurance, but forgot to paint it….The assistant manager told us he didn’t even know where the damage was…. They repaired all of these mistakes, but upon further inspection at home the newly painted hood still had a few dried debris marks. Not good craftsmanship. All we got was one excuse after another. DO not go here and Do not let your insurance recommend this clown shop. The only good thing I can say about this place is the manager of the other Cox body shop across the street, Jason, was very friendly and when I got ahold of him things magically started to happen.

If I could give them a 10 star review I would! From beginning to end, they were excellent! My insurance company recommended them and I am so grateful! Their professionalism, attention to detail and constant communication with me was outstanding! Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I should, I wouldn’t hesitate to! Thank you all for a job well done!

My experience with estimator John D and chauffer(driver?) Moe were both unbeatable. What a kind and helpful team that they have at Cox. My repairs were completed in half of the time that my insurance company estimated AND Moe was an EXCEPTIONAL chauffer (both home from the body center and back to pick up my car). Highly recommended. Definitely ask for Moe, he's awesome.

I’m very disappointing about Cox CHEVY after 7 years doing business with them. Today I’d had an appointment for an oil change and I’d waited in my car after over 30 minutes waiting on the service advisor,finally Scott Zimmerman came to my car after walking pass my car several times never acknowledge me then he finally said that he’ll be with me in a minute,after acknowledging him “ok” he just stooled next to my door like he was in another world. Then he walked away and again I’m waiting and waiting and he finally walks out of the shop and just stood by the shop in a daze like he was a lost or something. Finally I tired of waiting and I just left and got my oil change somewhere else. Also I should mention that people that came after me were getting service before me! That was unprecedented! Sorry but I think I’ll take my car for services somewhere else now on.

I came in to get an estimate and was a bit anxious and unsure of the process. Mr. Armstrong was very patient and understanding in explaining my options and how I could proceed. He is to be commended for answering all of my questions without making me feel I was a bother.
