UPDATE to original post! Another repair to the vehicle was needed a couple of weeks ago. I had it towed to Cloutier's again and once more...outstanding service - very quickly too considering how busy they were at the time. As I said in the original post, if you need a great place to get honest service...this is the place to go! Thanks to Alain, Pete and the crew (again)! ORIGINAL POST...Amazing service! I needed work done on a vehicle that was not properly serviced in quite a few years, and I was pretty sure it was going to be a disaster! While it was costly to repair so many issues (some pretty major), the work needed to make the car drive worthy was done very professionally, and I was not made to feel like an idiot. Every problem was explained and every cost was broken down and easy to understand. As a female consumer, I appreciated being taken seriously and not talked down to. I am totally satisfied with Cloutier’s Auto Service and very happy with Pete and the crew there! Thank you!

Ignore all 1 star reviews. These guys are great. Respectful, polite, sincere, honest and fast; to name a few of the qualities experienced at this shop. My regular mechanic at another shop was away on vacation and I brought my car to Cloutier's on an emergency basis. I made an excellent choice and my car is back up and running better than ever.

I cannot stress enough that any negative reviews should be ignored. You will receive A+ service from the team here.

I would give as many stars as there were available. This whole shop is an ideal situation on so many levels. If there is anyone that finds this overwhelming, this is your spot. I could go on a very long positive rant, but I will keep it super simple. Never once did I get a bad vibe, feel taken advantage of, question the work/ethic, and the honesty is top notch. If you do your part they are absolutely accommodating. Thanks for many positive experiences.
