Terrible owner, they cost me over $6500 plus tax in repairs. It was falsely charged, as it was only a $1200 repair verified by Canadian Tire.

I will inform as many people as possible to avoid Brian's auto at all costs. They are corrupt and dishonest. My sister in law also had a recent issue with there staff closing the shop early, after she took an Uber to pick up her car from 30km from her home. She left without her car and had to pay for her Uber home, without her car.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed! They did my repairs in less time than was estimated and even under the estimated cost. I'll be returning here if I need work on my car done again.

Once again Brian's proved to be a trustworthy company. I took a wheel in that was punctured due to a screw in the tire. They repaired it within two hours . When I picked it up I asked about booking my car in for a timing belt replacement. They told me it didn't need it yet and since it was so expensive to do and the particular car I have has very durable belts I should delay the replacement for a couple of years. The next day the tire was flat again. Their repair was fine but the leak was from the rim. I took it in and had it repaired within an hour. No charge!

Nice guys but they are limited in knowledge. Had a rattle in my engine area on front left side only when I accelerated. I knew something was loose. And I know shit about cars. 3 different guys that work there said lower engine was pooched. Needed a rebuild. Not 1 . Not 2 but 3 different guys in that shop. Turned out it was a piece of the starter motor fell off into the fan and made the rattle. 10 k job down to one hour labour and a part at a place that has experience. I even told them it's not the engine. It was just rebuild less than a year ago by Canada engines. They all laughed at what Brian's shop told me . Just sayin
