Careless mechanical service and bad attitude.

After their service, my car came back missing a washer/spacer. This is unacceptable.

It's meaningless to buy a car without good maintenance service afterward.

I have been going to Toyota Service and Repair since I bought my car in 2014 and am usually happy with the service, but lately I have noticed a decline in standards. I was here to get an oil change and they offered to wash my car which usually is included with the service. When I got my car back it looked like it had not been washed and had a few sprinkles of water on it. When I see this lack of detail it makes me question the quality of service and detail given to my car for other services. I called to advise the customer representative I dealt with and he didn't seem too concerned just said he would mention to his manager. I guess they are not focused on retaining long time customers. Disappointing.
