Bimmex is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Every problem my 3 series BMW has given me, Sean and his team were able to fix it. They’re super reliable, honest, and professional.

Incompetent. I took my vehicle in for an emissions light. Next they called to tell me it was finished even though I hadn't authorized a repair. They said it was fixed so I paid them $435 for a cheap sensor. 1 hour later the emissions light was on again, so I went back the same day. They said to bring it back when I had time for them to retest it.
I went back when I could and they wanted to charge me $200 to rediagnose it. No thanks. So at the end of the day I paid them $435 for nothing.
Of note, there was a another customer in the shop seeming very frustrated with this business as well. I've been to many auto repair places and this is definitely one of the worst. I suspect something is fishy with their high ratings.

Called with an airbag sensor issue on our Nissan. They said to bring it in (and it may be a couple days), only to charge us for an inspection and then tell us Nissan has Technical Service Bulletin published on this and that they cannot fix it... but oh by the way I need rear brakes and do we want them done

So why not tell us that you could not handle the sensor issue And why tell us it may be a couple days when you could have told us that the very specific matter we called about could not be fixed at your shop?

They got our $80 (which they never told us about when the vehicle was dropped off ?) and we'll never go back.

Great Service, Wonderful FIVE STAR Customer Service, above & beyond! After I paid for the work done over the phone I was getting ready to drive down and pick up my car, I called Sean back and asked for advice on how I might "MacGyver or JerryRig" my ugly front hanging grill on my 3 series BMW. (Over the years I always tended to pull to close over the curb or cement parking stops, thus when I backed up it tore my lower front grill, and it flobbed in the wind) It looked horrible. So when I asked Sean how to suggest I fix it, Sean said, "I already did it, we saw it needed to be done, and we had some extra time and zip ties, and we remounted your grill back to 85%. What Sean and his team did because they understand being NICE made me a customer for life. That is "old school, good solid Customer Service"! FIVE STAR REVIEW!!

My second visit to Bimmex with my MB. New spark plugs, nice pickup. New cabin filter, fresh air. Blinkers, backup, brake lights... no stops from the cops... Great work, will be going back for any other mechanicals...
