I can highly recommend the shop to anybody needing some work done. They booked the appointment professionally.. I was able to work out if I could get my job done over the phone by sending a few photos as I live out of town. They were super receptive and responsive to my needs.. got an appointment ..showed up on time ..the mechanics were just as friendly super knowledgeable and an hour later I was out of the shop with my new exhaust installed. I can highly recommend this place for your automotive needs.

The technician that came to winterize my trailer took “customer service” to the next level. He took the time to check my trailer roof even though it was not related to the winterizing process. He told me the “bad news” about the trailer roof & explained my options for roof repair. I appreciated him sharing his expertise with me. Wonderful employee! Wonderful customer service every time I phoned the company! Bravo!

The ladies at the shop are always so friendly and helpful. I came in at end of day with a tire sensor going off and they offered to fill it and re-set. They told me to come back anytime if it showed the tire lost air.

Ben R Tire and Performance is a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I recently had them install lowering springs on my Jeep Trackhawk and they did a very good job. After the springs were installed they did the wheel alignment and were able to get everything back into the specified tolerances (it should be noted that I've read online about many shops that have not been able to get this vehicle's alignment back into spec after this particular modification). The staff are friendly and very professional. I had the feeling that they placed a high priority on my satisfaction throughout the process. They were clear about what the work required was going to entail, and the pricing was quite fair. Highly recommend for all your service and performance needs.
