Huge thanks to Mr. Adam G for helping us get our lovely "Chicken Dumpling" in April 2025. Adam was the first staff member we talked to as soon as we entered the store. He is quite humorous, communicative and helpful. Toyota makes great cars. My family will definitely enjoy our new journeys!

As I sit here waiting for my 2015 Tacoma, I am reminded about some of the pointers outlined by a YT content provider - The Car Care Nut (i.e., how to communicate to your mechanic). The service staff here at the dealer treat me like an intelligent user. I don’t just toss the keys to them and say “fix it”. Nice!

Baywest Toyota is the only dealership I will use moving forward.
