Jody was knowledgeable and reached out within minutes of getting Nissan's attention. An appointment was made and everything was well prepared ahead of time to showcase the potential vehicle and answered all questions that was asked. The sale went through without an issue and it's quite enjoyable compared to the old ride that was traded in. While I hope I don't have to buy another car in 10+ years like the last one, I'm hoping she'll still be there when the time comes for a new toy

JODY is amazing! She helped me navigate a horrible experience with another dealership in Toronto at no benefit to her. She strictly wanted to help me get a car without being taken advantage of as a first time buyer. After a horrible experience in Toronto, I decided to go talk with Jody and I don't regret the decision. She gave me a run down on everything and explained in detail anything that I didn't understand. The whole environment was welcoming, easy going, and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with.
Their Finance manager, Brandon, went above and beyond to get me an amazing interest rate and taught me a few tricks to help build my credit. Furthermore 2 days after purchasing my car, I had a minor issue arise with the skid plate under the car, and their service advisor, Bobby and one of the technicians, Iain, stayed late to remedy the issue. I can't express the appreciation I have for the way that everyone at Baywest Nissan dealt with my first vehicle purchase!
The coffee isn't bad either. 😁

I bought a Rogue SL from Rob Scribner. He was patient, professional, thorough. Explained in detail the whole buying experience from the paperwork to the demo test drive to show how the various controls work. He was a pleasure to deal with.
Last night Baywest Nissan had its semi annual Car Night with Christine Mitchell the Car Lady. Her presentation was first rate. Plenty of tips to keep the car in top notch condition and a walk around all of the parts of the dealership. Refreshments were served and all walked away with a Nissan coffee cup. Definitely top rate customer service.

They have been decent in the past but my last 3 visits to the service department haven't been great.
The first time they broke one of my lug nuts and didn't replace it until I found it later and had to bring it back in.
The second time was for an oil change. After the oil change I noticed a tapping noise under the car which was caused by a bolt that holds the plastic cover down being cross threaded and not seated all the way in.
The third time I brought it back so they could have a look at that bolt and get the cover to stop flapping around. They told me they were done, I went out to look at it and instead of fixing it they had just snapped the bolt clean off so now the plastic wasn't supported in that corner at all.
These are all minor things that could have been fixed in the moment without me having to ask if the techs took the time/cared enough to do it.
