Probably the best A&W I’ve been to in a long time. Burgers were very well made, a good portion of lettuce. Fries hot and crispy. And love the refrigerated mugs.

Whoever was working tonight April 18th around 8pm, thank you for being so fast and having fresh food. The burgers were super fresh, very well put together and the fries were super crispy and not soggy. The fountain coke today was the first time we've had it carbonated and not flat and syrupy from this location. Thank you for fast service and fresh food, we only waited in the drive thru for 5 mins.

The staff at this A&W are always so lovely to order from. Yesterday, I stopped at this branch and overheard someone higher up at A&W speaking to a staff member there in a demeaning and cruel manner. I’ve never heard someone in a position of power speak so poorly to an employee before.

Whoever this older man with a South African accent is, I need to be clear that your behaviour is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I hope that you read this review and take it as an opportunity to grow. As for the staff who was spoken to that way, I hope you know that you do not deserve that treatment. That was not okay and I see you. Respect is always necessary in any workplace/anywhere.

Just stopped in for a bite with the family on our way from Nanaimo to Victoria. The food was great and Chloe was so friendly to us and our children. She has great customer service skills and was very patient when waiting for our kids to order and just went above and beyond. Thanks again we'll be back soon 🙂

The burgers were great but the onion rings were awful. Undercooked, falling apart, soggy squishy onions, and way too much salt. They were even clumped together in the bag as more of an oinion ring ball mess. I couldn't finish them. I hope it was a one off mistake and they don't always serve them like that!

Was good. They put tons of mustard and ketchup abd everything which is usual but great for me!!!

Came in months ago and pointed out that they are false advertising their prices.
Their menu states one price, but they charge you about $1.50 more per item than advertised.
Still come in periodically to check but they don't do anything about it. Pretty bad morales to mislead and take advantage.
