Be very careful with this dealership. I was scammed in a trade-in deal where critical financial responsibilities were completely ignored. Now I’m left dealing with the consequences. Extremely dishonest and untrustworthy—avoid them.

Run!! Junior gouged us on a vehicle with known problems. He told us that we were desperate and wouldn't budge on price. Red flag. We were idiots and that's what he predates on. Car barely worked for 6 months. Summoned him to court (took almost 3 years). We won. Bailiff got his account frozen. We were awarded over 16gs. And he told us that he would destroy us in court.

I have referred many friends to junior . He works alone and values his time . If you want to have tea with a car salesman go elsewhere . If you have good credit or need help with second time credit then this is the place for you ! 30 car dealers have gone bankrupt so far in 2024 but after 62 years in business Auto Sood is still serving customers .He works by appointment only so it’s advisable not to just drop buy and get upset because he is serving a customer with an appointment . No complaints from my many friends sent there NONE

this is the biggest scam ever. He will steal from you, and con you into beveling that he's helping you out of the kindness of his heart (YA RIGHT) He will take your car in as a trad and them never pay off your loan!! just like a review state below "Why do you care how much your payments are you're not going to pay for it " ya right until you have to and your stuck with an overpriced car you cannot afford. Remember if its too good to be true its usually is!!

Bought a car in 2020, now in 2024 I'm about to sell it and it seems there's a lien from the previous owner. Auto Sood should have taken care of this but now it seems it's my problem.

Unfortunately, i visited an unpolited person here. He told me that without any reason, "back to your country" when he found I don't have an appointment. I think everybody can visit every car dealer for buying without notice and appointment. Unfortunately, Canada has changed. It's my first dangerous experience in this country. It was a horrible experience.

BEWARE !! - They stole my mother's tires (which she paid for, including winter storage) by claiming they left them on the curb and someone else took them. This happened just because we refused to do business with them to buy a new car. Avoid them at all costs!
