Anderson Automotive is my go to for all my car repairs. I get a bill detailing what was done on my car and the prices are very reasonable and competitive. I can always get in for a service call within a few days and the ladies out front are always very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I appreciate getting a txt the day before confirming my appointment, it’s a good reminder to me.

I've always found it very difficult to trust mechanics and do whatever work I'm able to myself.

I've had two seperate experiences with different shops trying to tell me I needed new wipers after an inspection, when I install new wipers prior to every inspection.

I've had another tell me, yes, the brakes being installed were ceramic, and charge me accordingly, only to check afterwards and realise they installed semi metallic.

I've had yet another say something needed replacing, then refuse to show me, citing liability issues with me stepping into the work area.

Anderson's though, I've come to trust. They're never pushy with anything. They've got a slick set up in which you receive a vehicle report link directly on your phone. It includes photos of any found problems on the vehicle. The reports also include reminders of recommended service based on the kilometers on the vehicle. Their system even sends inspection reminders to you the month it's due to expire.

I've had a fair amount of work done by them since I found them. It's always been as good an experience as you can have paying for repairs.

I have zero reason not to recommend them.

I brought my 2021 Silverado with 22‘000 km for a oil change and a clunking noise from the box.
It wasn’t finished in one day, had to pick it up the next day…
(They told me it would be finished today)
850.00 later, a new shock was installed and still that clunking noise from the box.
I made a second appointment, they tighten all my leave spring nuts and put muffler clamps on my leave springs…
They still couldn’t solve the problem.
Told me they needed to order new bushings from e bay for my leaf springs!
I waited 3 weeks with no reply on arrival of materials or a follow up appointment.
As I phoned to ask if my parts had arrived, the lady at the desk didn’t know or remember of me having any issues or problems with my leaf springs!
(Very very poor communication!!!)
She said she would get back to me on it…
After waiting another 3 days with no response, i decided to watch a you tube video on this issue, ordered the parts myself and crawled under my truck and fixed the issue myself.
It’s been a rather disappointing experience with Anderson Automotive on my behalf.
I really never bother giving negative reviews but it’s been a lot off wasted time on my side!
I hope they use this information as positive critique to grow as a company and save future clients the hassle I was put through!

Went to get a key cut and programmed. Had an appointment and the work was done quickly and the key works perfectly. Very friendly staff especially at the front desk…lovely ladies. Highly recommended!

Here’s a supplier who does what they say they’re going to do, and they are actually thankful for the business.
The whole process was seamless, hassle free and fairly priced.
This is how it went:
Booked appointment on their site. I was able to outline the issue fully including adding pictures if I wanted to.
Dropped the car off the night before “my”selected service date.
When the work was done, I received a text saying the car was ready for pick up plus, it included a document showing the work they had done. About half an hour later I got a call from them saying the car is ready for pick up. Maybe this is in case I don’t use text.
When I went to pick up the car, they gave me a full explanation of what they had done.
When I got in the car, there was a hand written thank you note on the dash thanking me for my business and explaining they will follow up with a phone call in a couple of days to make sure everything is to my satisfaction.
Who does this kind of thing anymore Incredibly professional, efficient and friendly.

High marks from me! I am visiting the Island and needed automotive service for my car. Several of my cousins told me to go to Anderson Automotive. They were right - great timely service but mostly, great people to deal with. Highly recommend.
