Dal has been servicing all of our family vehicles for a number of years now. The most honest individual that I have ever met by far. A rare combination of an automotive expert, courteous and an incredibly honest individual. Every technician in Dal's shop is very experienced and courteous. Job always gets done right for a very fair price. Takes the stress and anxiety factors of bringing your car for a repair, out of the equation. He will explain in detail what needs to be done and how much it will cost you. There are never any surprises and Dal will never try to sell you something that you don't need. He is just a great guy and we are very lucky to have him in Windsor.

Had my transmission fluid/filter and oil change done here. Very reasonably priced in comparison to the Chrysler stealerships. All of the mechanics I spoke with were respectful in person and on the phone. I will be back for future service.

I went Alpha Auto Windsor for Tire change. I called the owner Daljit (Dal) and got a same day appointment for 3 PM. Unfortunately, I could not make it on time and was late. He was fully packed but was able to squeeze me in when the next customer was delayed as well.

The shop is located on Wyandotte street, with ample parking with a safe entrance from a side street.

The reception area is small but cozy. No fancy stuff but there were some magazines for the customers while waiting for the service to be done. The reception directly opens into the garage.

Inside the garage, he has four hoists and four doors to let customers in and out. The workshop was well organized, neat and well lit. My technicians (Lenny and Dany) were very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

After the work was done and I settled the bill, I chatted with Mr. Dal. He is in this business from 1996 and knows his customers well. He places more importance on customers than on the money. I believe that 100% because, once earlier, I went to him for assistance for stiff steering wheel. He diagnosed the issue and topped up the steering fluid free of cost .

His motto of customer above all seems to be working pretty well. He has no shortage of repeat customers!

Unlike other garages, there was no upselling or to add unnecessary 'fixes'. I usually approach visits to the car mechanic with anxiety but in this case, the entire experience at Alpha Auto was pretty pleasant.

Overall, I will recommend Dal and his Alpha Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly and best value for our hard earned money in Windsor!

Such an honest guy. Usually a trip to mechanic is filled with anxiety because they will always bring up one or two unnecessary stuff and make it look like its very very urgent, but this guy honestly is so genuine with his work.
I went to Canadian tire for inspection and those people not only failed the inspection but gave me a bill of $1500 to repair couple of stuff. I came across alpha auto thru google and saw all the good reviews. And honestly he is way better than that, he was not only genuine but showed me exactly what is needed.

Called around and after reading the great reviews I brought my car in to see about fixing my air conditioning. Very professional and knowledgeable along with great price. Definitely will be bringing my cars here for any needed work and definitely recommend!!
