Excellent service!
John will tell you honestly if your suitcase is worth repairing. He did a great job on ours. The airlines literally broke the metal spine of our rolling duffle bag.
Just remember, he only deals in cash!
Thanks John , we appreciate your work.

I need to share my experience I had with the owner of this business. I came here in good faith to have my luggage repaired. One of the zipper latches on my luggage broke off from transport on a flight. Latch could not lock in the slot because the connector legs on the latch broke off. Owner may have told me that he cannot replace the latch with the actual. He replaced the latch with a similar but the legs were longer than the actual and the latch was not flush in the slot. Came back and the owner said he doesn’t see a problem with it and that it could be a spring issue. If you compare the similar latch with the actual latch on the adjacent where the 2 zipper latches meet after the luggage is zipped up you can clearly see that the similar latch legs are definitely longer. The latch sticking out of the slot locked that much potentially could get ripped out of the slot again in transport. Owner failed to see this detail. He replaced the latch again with a different similar latch and I went home. I looked at the latch he replaced again and the latch length where it is connected to the zipper and where the latch locks into place was shorter than the actual. You almost need to pull and stretch the latch to connect it into the slot to lock. Suffice to say that when the luggage is full and expands it will be difficult and may not be possible to pull and stretch the zipper out to lock the latch in the slot. I brought my luggage back the next day and confronted the with the issue. Again the owner said that he doesn’t see a problem. At this point my confidence in the owner to get it right was gone and I asked for a refund. Owner refused and when I asked why he said that because he already did the work twice. I told him that I don’t blame him for not having the latch that will work but at least he can do is give me my money back. He still refused. I was not expecting the actual latch to be replaced and I did not care about aesthetics but I expected functionality to be there without the latch breaking again. In my opinion I felt the owner didn’t care about taking the time to do the job right the first time. His attention to detail is problematic and only does what is easy to get the customer out the door. I had to go to another luggage repair shop to get the job done right. The owner of Avion luggage repair agreed that the similar latch was indeed too short and when the luggage expands it will not be possible to lock the latch in the slot. He replaced the latch with an actual Travel Pro latch. Again I don’t blame the owner of Aero luggage repair that he could not find a similar latch that would work but at least he could do was refund my money. I told the owner that I will leave a bad review. He did not care.

I’ve had 3 of my luggage’s repaired here in separate occasions and have had great service and care with all of them. Turnaround time was surprisingly fast. Repaired within a few days or the very next day, depending on how busy they are or by the damage.
