I came here today just for a walk in service, because my tires are in really bad shape. So i opened the door and i didnt know it was the shop service i went in. Andy guided me where the main office is. Zaid helps me to select a tires and guide me for my sienna. Both of them are very easy to talk. Good job for your hard work. Thank you Zaid and Andy

Honest review, I bought a used car from A&Z dealership. They told me it was safe to drive with no issues. Not even a week later the car stalled in the middle of the road due to an electrical failure. It happened to me about 6 more times after that. I call A & Z and they told me not to worry about it. Out of desperation I took it to a certificated dealership and they told me It's going to cost $5,000 to fix or replace the entire engine.

The dealership said any good mechanic would have noticed the issues right away. Please stay away from this dealership

Excellent service. As a female who knows nothing about cars, I trust
A and Z professional and trustworthy work. They take my concerns very seriously and they always offer solutions. My husband trust them as well and he knows that my car and I are safe because they do take care very well of my car.

I am writing this review to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at A&Z Tire Service in Cambridge.
On this date, I visited A&Z Tire Service to have my car's tires replaced. The service I received was profoundly unsatisfactory for the following reasons:
1. Unprofessional Behavior: The staff, particularly the manager known as Adnan (who also goes by Andy), exhibited extreme rudeness. Adnan was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to address my concerns in a professional manner.
2. Poor Quality of Service: The tires were not properly aligned, resulting in continuous vibrations while driving, which poses a significant safety risk.
3. Lack of Communication: I was not informed about additional charges until after the service was completed, which I find unacceptable and deceptive.
After experiencing these issues, I attempted to resolve them directly with Andy(Adnan). However, he dismissed my complaints without offering any solution, displaying a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety.
