My daughter‘s car needed a new engine. And we decided to try a new place for us and that was AutoPol. We had been taking her car to the repair shop that we actually bought the car from a few years back. The old repair shop was always a disappointment and expensive. We would with something else that wasn’t working right. So that’s why we decided to give AutoPol a try. They really stayed on top of things with making sure that my daughter had transportation while they were ironing out all the kinks from the new engine being installed. Through phone calls and text, they stay in close contact with you and that is super helpful. The are honest and available after hours to lend a hand.

Mój angielski jest słaby także napiszę komentarz po polsku. Jestem w stanach tylko od stycznia. W ostatnim tygodniu jechałam z moją mamą i niestety uderzyłam w tył auta przede mną. Akurat jechaliśmy do Woodfield sklepow a ten mechanik był najbliżej miejsca wypadku. Pomyślałam że spytam czy ktoś mówił po polsku. Ze względu że auto należało do mojego wujka nie chciałam używać ubezpieczenia.
W sumie pojechałam aby tylko spytać o koszty po tej stłuczce.
Ludzie pracujący w tym miejscu są wspaniali. To nie Polacy ale Mimo tego , że ciężko mi rozmawiać po angielsku ta pani , która tam pracuje stanęła na głowie aby nam pomóc. Znała kilka słów po polsku a my znamy kilka po angielsku i jakoś się udało porozumieć bez problemu.
Po 35 minutach od przyjazdu kosztorys był gotowy. Zapłacilysmy kwotę , która była 1/4 ceny która oczekiwaliśmy.
Od razu zgodziłam się na serwis.
Przyjechałyśmy do tego mechanika około godz 10 rano a nasze auto było już gotowe o 17 tej. ☺️ jestem zachwycona serwisem i profesjonalna praca. Po zderzeniu nie ma śladu ! Dziękuję naszym wybawcą w Autopol ma Higgins RD..
Mój wujek któremu opowiadzialysmy te historie równie skorzystał z serwisu Autopol naprawiając hamulce na które był umówiony na spotkanie za 3 tygodni w innym serwisie.
Zapłacil połowę ceny która musiłby zapłacić w drugiem miejscu bez czekania.

Mechanik godny najlepszego komentarza!
Polecam Autopol na Higgins.
Szybko tanio i bezbłędnie!
Naprawdę polecam z całego serca.

Don't be fooled. They are not Autopol anymore... This name should be change. False diagnosis on AC compressor without any tests or measurements. Waste of time.

I have always had excellent service at this place. Recently, I had my car repaired (coolant leak), and I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I definitely recommend them. Fair pricing and quality work every time.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely earned 5 ⭐️. I took my BMWx3 here for a small repair that was supposed to cost an outrageous amount at the BMW dealer and take too long. These folks had the part in less than a day, the repair done in less than ten minutes 😀 and the price was perfect. Spectacular service. Ioana at the front desk was kind, helpful and very professional with the service. I am very grateful. Thanks Ioana 👍

Recently I got into a little accident where the car in front of me backed into my car. I took my car to Autopol Car Care. Ioana at front desk was so very helpful with my car issue.
My car was even ready a day early! I had very minimal damage from the looks of it but they did have to replace quite a few parts. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Thank you so very much guys! Next time even though I hope there isn't a next time; I will definitely be bringing my car here. 🙂

I’ve been using this shop for over nine years now and it’s always been nothing but great customer service. The owner Tom is a pro and more importantly he’s honest which is hard to find.

Tom is a great mechanic. We've been maintaining our vehicles with him for the past decade. Fair prices for excellent skill. Was always reliable and honest.

Update September 2023 - the business seems to be taken over and Tom is no longer the owner. When asked about Tom's whereabouts i received a shady answer but despite that agreed to an oil change in 2 vehicles. 1 of the vehicles had mineral oil poured in even though it takes full synthetic, and additionally the filter was loose resulting in the whole oil dripping out under it. This happened a week after the service. Had to go get it redone at a different place. Now i have to get the 2nd car checked to be sure there is no issues as i now doubt the work that was done here.
I would recommend to stay away from this place now that Tom is gone. Weird characters have taken over this business. Don't be fooled. Buyer beware
