About 2 years ago took my ford focus into a ford dealership to get diagnosed to repair(where i bought the car). They told me it was the catalytic converter (i guess the focus has 2 parts to the catalytic converter) and all the plugs attached to it had to be replaced for over $3000( the dude got on one knee to really show how serious this was and that he cared for me). My grandma comes to Evoy's and recommended this place because a lot of people take vintage cars here so they probably know what they are doing and CAA approved shop. They diagnosed (which is double the price anywhere else and also pretty much took their time with it (around 4-5 hours i believe)) they told me it was just the back end of the catalytic converter and would be $1500 for the job. I get a call during the job saying my exhaust should be replaced because it has a hole in it(the one they put on seems to already be rusting abit which im not sure is normal and also wish they told me when it was being inspected but they definetly are doing other jobs and kind of a small shop) but was only $150 so i said sure. In the end i believe it was around $1800 for the job (prices are not 100% accurate just memory) my engine light came on 2 days later and the shudder while driving i was getting originally came back for one day. (I was going to call back but the problem seemed to have fixed itself the next day) my car has been running smoother and way better than it ever did for 2 years. Thank you so much saving me over $1000 and will try again because i believe helping this shop is better than a corporation that doesnt pay staff well and Evoy's tried fixing the root problem and would have done more after if needed. THANKS EVOY'S!

Scammers, stay away. They were supposed to torque my car after a CAA winter tire exchange- included with the service. They refused to fulfill their obligation unless I paid more.

I needed an urgent safety test for my Mazda, they helped me out and squeezed my car in for a safety test! Very friendly and helpful garage with reasonable prices, couldn’t be any happier!

Called on a Wednesday about getting a safety done on my vehicle. The woman said she would call me back because she didn't know if they were switching to the new type of safety and that she would talk to her husband. She went on to say that I could just leave the car there any morning that week and leave it for the day... She never called me back. I called back on Friday first thing to get the safety done and they wouldn't take my car and said to try again some time next week. Probably the worst customer service I have gotten at any automotive garage. Avoid.

I took my car in for a windshield repair . I was told that the windshield would be removed, re-caulked and replaced. I wasn’t told until after the work was done that Evoy’s contracts out their windshield repairs - today Brian (the service manager) is not sure where they contracted out this work to. There was approximately 6 inches of caulking carelessly placed on the inside at a cost of over $300.When I brought it up, I was blown off by Don the owner and Brian, ‘don’t worry it’s fixed’. Needless to say the windshield is still leaking in the same spot, I immediately took it in to Brian, who booked me an appointment for tomorrow then spoke with Don the owner and apparently there is only a 3 month or 5000 km warranty on their windshield repair. So Brian phoned me and canceled the appointment. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! We are all looking to find an honest repair shop…this is NOT one of them. Let’s be real the only reason I wasn’t charged the full amount was because I complained about the job also asi I already told you I work from home and am rarely in my car but whatever…I have now read the rest of the reviews and you don’t have very many good ones…lesson learned…you don’t stand behind your work!!!
