Upon traveling, a deer jumped in front of the truck. We just moved here from West Texas, and we usually have our go-to repair shop and do not choose from the insurance’s list. Upon looking at reviews we decided to try Joe Hudson’s Collision.

The scheduling of the appointment was very simple and no wait time. Upon the drop off, again no wait time, the lady was very friendly and we got introduced to Ryan for the walkthrough. He was also very friendly and informative. He went over the visual issues and gave us a reasonable timeframe.

While waiting for the repairs to be done, we got constant updates, via text, with a link to track the repair and pickup time. It also provided Ryan’s number in case we had questions.

The repair was complete earlier than expected and we received a text in the middle of a Friday that it’s ready. They could’ve easily waited for the next week but they understood we needed the vehicle. Upon the pickup, again no wait time, the lady was very friendly and called Ryan out. He did the walk through, explained all they had to do, and asked if we had questions. He also explained their warranty and availability if something didn’t meet our standards or wasn't proper. The truck looked just as new and clean as when we first got it! Hopefully we never need to go back, but if we needed repairs around here we will definitely choose this place again, thank you!!

Took my vehicle there for the second time due to a small fender bender. Car was repaired relatively quickly, and I was informed on the status. The new paint appears to match the old paint well enough and the workmanship looks solid. Gives me peace of mind that they offer a lifetime Guarantee on the paint so if it starts chipping or fades etc they said they’ll fix it. Vidal also took the time to suggest on how to protect the vehicles remaining stock paint longer. Fender, bumper, light and hood line up perfectly like before the accident.

We are in the process of reworking some issues since when car was delivered it was missing Jeep brand name plates but I’m sure the issue will be resolved in a timely fashion I just wish someone at the pick up time would have been outside with me to look over the car versus handing the keys over collecting payment and sending me on my way as I overlooked the missing monikers on a hot Friday afternoon at 4 pm. My jeep looks like a knock off car without the logos hahahaha

The auto body technician at Joe Hudson’s Collision(JHC) did an awesome job putting the bumper, fender and head light back together to look brand new. Customer Service staff were friendly and professional. They kept me informed frequently on the status of my car. Truthfully, I didn’t know what to expect since the reviews online were a mix of good & bad. They did a very good job on my car, pleased with status updates and the customer service staff. Will definitely recommend JHC to others.

Originally a 1 star review, now upped to 2 after final completion.

A lady hit me in the beginning of October. I brought my car to Joe Hudson the following week. I was told originally they were going to pick up the car, that never happened. I ended up dropping it off ( I thought we might have had a communication issue, later on this will be shown to be a trend). 12 days later this minor fender bender was being returned to me not completed. Pin striping was not complete, painting and fender alignment was poor and there was a missing piece and I let Ryan know at this time, that the work done was not acceptable.

Ryan ordered the piece and it took almost two weeks to get a follow up appointment to fix the issues with my car. Which was going to be completed on the 4th of November in a one day appointment.

On November 4th in the afternoon I was informed by Ryan that the car was not going to be completed by the end of the day. He said the fender issues had been resolved and that it would need to be repainted. He said," that at about mid-day the following day Friday the 5th it would be completed.

Now, November the 5th the car is still not completed, and I'm being informed that I need to make accommodations to get my pinstriping done the following week. Why did I take my car to this place? I shouldn't have, Joe Hudson has cost me 3 days of work. Don't take your car here, this is worst body shop I have ever been to. The workmanship is poor, they have had over 2 full weeks of working time to fix a hood, fender, grill and headlight. The attention to detail is not here to get the job done in a timely or acceptable manner. BEWARE.

As of November 5th the car still is not complete. Fender is still misaligned and pin striping has not been completed. Asked for the car to be ready for pickup on November 5th at 4 pm. Was kept waiting till close to 5 pm, fender is still misaligned.

December 2nd was the day of final completion. This final trip resulted in the car being fixed correctly, with three additional parts ( OEM hood hinge, fender and headlight ), pin-striping and paint look good. The third time was the charm in this instance. Quality control was done and I am super satisfied after near two months, I am finally driving something as nice as it was prior to the accident. If this first time interacting with Joe Hudson's with the kind of work both in time and quality, I would give this shop a 5 out of 5, probably more than that if I could. My real concern here is took three tries to get here.

I wish the people that work there the best, I hope this interaction helps other customers in the future. Quality control and respect for people's time isn't out of style. You are the customer and this work being done needs to be as good as was new, if not, everyone gets a worse product.

Greg took great care in making sure my old 2008 CRV was completely repaired. He kept me updated when parts didn't arrive as expected and notified me as soon as they arrived. I will return to Joe Hudson's every time I need repairs!
