I really hoped I had great service as the other reviews. I took my 94 Mazda to get the breaks checked at. I had recently changed them out and they were locking up. They told me I needed to buy again new breaks hesitant but thought with the good views give them a chance it was Saturday and they said they had to order parts and it should be done by Wednesday. Wednesday came and it was ready the total came out to 690 they said they put gas in I paid and was ready to go but the truck did not start they suggested to put more gas hooked it up to jump starter and they then said it could be the fuel pump which is weird because I had also gotten that changed he said where did I get it I said rock auto I normally shop there for my other vehicle and have no problems with there parts he then said online parts are no good when I could of sworn he said he was ordering my parts idk if he meant online or where he got my parts I’m even afraid to checkout the work and see if it’s even knew or not. So to cut to the chase I had brought a working car for my breaks and had to pay for a tow truck for my truck to take back home because it now doesn’t start. There is on another review I see here is that they have trouble getting ahold of them, 41 calls iv counted on my end where they say they’ll get back with me but never did and I would have to call back for updates. I feel cheated out on.

This is my second time going . And I have had a great experience. They are fast and they tell you what is wrong with the car and the price. Before they do the work. They do their best to try and find you the best deal. I feel that their prices are fair and reasonable.

Weirdo

Not going to lie but I was skeptical because of the 1 star reviews. I had already taken my Mazda 3 2013 to 2 other mechanics who specializes in electrical repairs and they not only told me to take it to the dealership but had left my AC/ heater panel disconnected.
Sergio fixed all my electrical problems, and was what I consider very fair in his prices. He even ran the diagnostics right in front of me. I strongly recommend you give him a chance because I really don't recommend people but I'll definitely vouch for the work he's done on my car as legitimate.

The mechanic did repair the vehicle correctly but said his receipt machine wasn't working. He doesn't take credit cards, and I NEVER PAY CASH because of this. So I paid him via Zelle, and he told me that he would send me the receipt later on that day. He never did. A few weeks went by, and I had another job for him and gave me a little bit of a run around. I asked him for the receipt for the previous work he had performed and my proof of payment, but he said he did t remember me and that he was top busy. He lost my business for good now, and I will also be updating the BBB as well. I wonder if this guy pays taxes? We shall see.

I wote the prior review on this company based off emotions and the experience i had. I felt that at the time the company was just trying to dismiss me and didn't want to deal me or my concerns.
I got to speak with the owners wife today her name is Evelyn. She was very apologetic for the experience that we had encountered and was able to explain the situation to me. Which helped me feel better about the experience I had prior. She was willing to listen to me and willing to review our receipt. I thank her for letting me explain the situation and having a good attitude about it .

I will never recommend this place to anyone. We took our car here a year ago for our air conditioner. They ended up having to replace the whole air conditioner kit. We paid 900.00 to get everything fix, and a year later the air conditioner went out again. The person who did the work will not even talk us now. This is horrible customer service. They did not provide an itemize receipt nor did they put how long the warranty was covered for. Now here we are in the hottest days with no air conditioner. We have a child who has to ride in a hot car. The least the man can do is come out and talk to us. Or even offer to look at it but now we can't even get a word out of him. He sends out another man to do his dirty work this is horrible. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
