Sour Apple did a fantastic job repairing my iPhone. They gave me an immediate quote when I arrived, Told me it would be ready the same day and then had it ready an hour earlier than expected! The guy working in the store were very polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend sour apple!

I was recommended to come here by someone at the A&M help desk when my laptop had issues, and the back glass of my phone unfortunately had also cracked recently + it needed a new screen protector.

When I brought my laptop in, I explained it was having some issues with some keys on the keyboard not registering when I pressed. Before we even discussed repair pricing, they said it would be at least $100-$150 to run diagnostics on it- they would not even just pop a couple keys off and look to see if it was dirty before proceeding. Then they explained it would cost me at least 500-600 to repair anyways, because they would have to replace the whole keyboard- again without looking at it.

I decided against that and asked them to take a look at my phone. It would be 75 for the back glass and 40 for a new screen protector.

When I brought it to them around an hour and 15 minutes before they closed on the weekend (when I could actually afford to not have my phone for an extended period of time), they explained, while chewing food, that it would be at least 2 hours and I would need to come back on a weekday. I left and got both replaced somewhere else for 30 dollars less and it was finished within 20 minutes. I honestly don't know why they would try to claim that removing a broken back glass panel and gluing a new one on would take TWO hours.

I'm not going to bother trying this place again, and would caution others against doing so.

“ I often break my phone.” It’s not something you typically want as part of your regular vocabulary. However, in my case, that is very much the truth. But when it does finally get to the point where I can’t Handle the current set of issues, screen breakage. Water damage- or my Newest endeavor of destroying the entire display system that wouldn’t even allow me to swipe or have color on the screen the guys at sour apple get me together every time. Pretty legit. (Just saying become a frequent flyer like I am and you might get a few discounts) 😜 (Or don’t because even more honestly it’s getting a little expensive to be so careless.) they’ll for sure hook you up with a fixed phone. went in about 11 or so fast friendly service, Darren M quickly informed us about pricing and deals.. went to another repair shop before we stopped at Sour Apple & they were charging $40 more.. picked phone up by 1230 with a free screen protector .. will definitely return if needed & refer for sure!!

I had previously went to “All phone toys and repairs” and they charged me $400+ dollars for a mid so to say screen. Not nearly as responsive as the original iPhone 15 pro screen. Broke it ofc bc it was apparently a cheap ass screen and went to sour apple repairs. Super chill staff, fixed my phone in about an hour and a half and put a much higher quality screen on the phone. Feels just as good as it did when I got the phone. Additionally they gave me 15 percent off a case and the total was still $100 cheaper than the other place. GO TO SOUR APPLE REPAIRS!!

Zachary Morgan of Sour Apple Repair is my hero! He swooped in today, picked up my new iPhone 16 Pro and my iPhone 11 and made my world so much better! He removed all my stress and returned the new phone with a fabulous case, protective screens and a goody bag chock full of all sorts of wonderful things and CANDY!
