I recently visited All Makes Collision Centre on 10860 46 Street SE, Calgary AB
for an estimate on my Company vehicle Ford Transit after being referred by my insurance company and Woodridge Ford. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

When I arrived to book an appointment, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked about getting an estimate, scheduling the repair, and whether they provide a loaner vehicle. She initially said they didn’t have loaners, but later changed her statement, saying a loaner is not guaranteed. Eventually, she told me they couldn’t accept my vehicle and repeatedly insisted, “Do you understand?”, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Meanwhile, the other employees at the back were just staring at me while this conversation was happening. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating.

If I had a choice, I would not return to this shop. However, since my insurance and dealership referred me here, I have no other option. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service because no one should be treated this way.
Especially with a big customer like us as we have 34 Ford transit and Ford F150 in our fleet that we may use this guys in future.

Had a very good experience here with reparations to a 2023 F150 which had the side of the box and bumper damaged. After the repairs it looked like new. Paint was blended and matched really well. Repairs took about a month due to waiting for parts. Teresa kept me updated with the repairs and had good communication. Would recommend!

Came for a warranty windshield replacement. Incredibly quick service! Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Windshield looks great! No issue with processing the warranty claim- this is after waiting 6 months for VW to fail to do so. Will be back and will recommend.

Parts took longer to come in than expected but the communication was prompt for the entire six week process. The car loaner after my insurance rental expired was a brand new Ford Bronco. I would highly recommend this company as a reputable collision centre in Calgary.

Exceptional Service and Dedication at All Makes Collision Centre

I recently had my car (VW Cross Atlass Executive) repaired at All Makes Collision Centre (AMCC) and I must say, their service was nothing short of exemplary.

From the get-go, Jason, the first appraiser I dealt with, was thoroughly professional. He not only ensured that the assessment was accurate but also followed up diligently with me and the third party to secure the necessary payment to commence the repair work.

Miranda Swientach, another appraiser who took over, impressed me with her commitment along as her other colleague; I apologize not rememering her name but she was also exceptional. Mianda kept me informed while waiting for spare parts and navigated through payment issues with the third party, ensuring everything was sorted smoothly. Her efforts, alongside another female appraiser (whose name escapes me, but her service was equally commendable), were instrumental in ensuring my vehicle was not only repaired to perfection but also in reducing the costs for the third party involved.

One aspect of AMCC's service that stood out was their immediate arrangement of a rental car when I needed one for work. This gesture of understanding and customer care significantly eased my situation.

A special mention to Ray Ng and Miranda for their fantastic news about reducing the repair costs by more than $300 CDN for the third party. My car came back in perfect condition, a testament to their skill and attention to detail.

The overall experience with AMCC – their diligence, relentless follow-ups, efforts to minimize costs, exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and the convenience of their shuttle and rental car service – was truly remarkable.

Being involved in a collision is unfortunate, but AMCC managed to turn this experience into a positive one. Their team's dedication and customer-first approach were deeply appreciated. I highly recommend AMCC for anyone needing collision repair services

My SUV was hail damaged and All Makes did an EXCELLENT job ! Fixed the windshield and broken tail lights and imperfections on the hood. Very friendly staff and quick efficient service. They organized a taxi to take me back home and then pick me up when work finished Very happy with the service

After a less than ideal experience dealing with a factory paint issue on my 2024 Atlas as a result of poor communication from the service team at my selling VW dealer. The team at All Makes was sure to provide the customer service and communication that was lacking while working with the General Manager from VW to ensure a positive outcome.
