Got the best quote and an immediate appointment soon after for my 2006 BMW 330i. (Best quote out of 12 shops I’ve messaged)

Came in, was greeted and welcomed with open arms by the Receptionist and Bill!

Bill did such an amazing job — communicated everything work-wise and what was going to happen; as I wanted a Muffler and Resonator Delete w/ an Exhaust tip.

After the install — I was extremely impressed by the welds and the quick installation! Even the added black spray paint as the finishing touches to the exhaust itself — making everything seamless!

Would definitely recommend Bill and his fantastic work for any custom exhaust work!

I've searched for a trustworthy garage for a long time and was recommended this gem. You walk in the front door and it feels like a garage that doesn't waste money on a foofoo waiting room etc. It is a no nonsense garage. As a result the charges are reasonable.
Guys at the desk were great. Work was done promptly. They shared pictures of the issues they found before they did the work (giving you a chance to say no).
Genuinely a good experience and I'm going back.

The Team at Preferred Auto is second to none! Having a classic car and wanting an exhaust system from the manifolds back this team made it happen. After having another shop cancel on me day of when I got to their shop I phoned Preferred Auto up and Bill was able to get me in within a few days. The past few weeks cruising around in my car with the exhaust system the team installed was amazing, the note is perfect, the car isn't obnoxiously loud but has the right growl to it. Oh Bill was also able to help me in adjusting ride height!

If you are looking for a team to do your exhaust system then look no further - you have found the shop you need!

Decided to try this Preferred Auto Service to obtain my car safety. Spend about 40 minutes waiting to check my new car for safety. Dave called me to show some findings on the brakes. First, he pointed that one of the pads is less than 3mm thick and secondly the technician clamed the brake pedal vibrates at the high speed. Dave proposed pads and rotors replacement for 460$. Definitely he was looking for more business.
Got the car to real mechanic and removed the brake pads. When measured the lowest thickness it was 3.9mm, not even close to be bellow 3mm. Basically if the new brake pads are 10mm tick and 3.9mm makes 39% remaining material. The legal limit for pads thickness is 1.5mm. Preferred auto has different rules for safety, very high safety standards. It is obvious the safety pretending is only pretext to get more money under false statements. Actually, they never measure the pad thickness using any measurement device.
The other claim for brake pedal vibration was bogus too, there was no any vibration at any speed.
Not happy with their own safety interpretations and technical judgment. I’ll never go there again.

Great service, it was fast, accurate and fair. Bill was able to figure out the problem when we spoke on the phone and gave estimate. I dropped of my car the evening before and then received a call the next day that repair had been completed as discussed and car was ready (ahead of time) to pick up. Highly recommend
