Honest reliable Shop !! Yup you heard it right 👍👍 I first went in for an alignment. And had some work pointed out that I knew was coming up. They had me back to quote the job and the quote was very reasonable and well presented. Came back to do the work… when they opened up to do start the work the mechanic had a secondary failure. They called explained and took accountability!! The young man was such a good communicator that it even ended with me getting a loner car to use while we waited for a part and they got this single mother’s car back on the road all for the original quote !! Can’t say enough positive things about the whole team. Thank you for standing by your customers and your employees !! I highly recommend

the lady at the desk is on a power trip after giving me the run around for 3 months. I've had 5500 dollars in repair waiting to pay out of pocket for 3 months, she insisted I should have warranty. all she needed to do was send one single email, which apparently the other fella at the desk was completely incapable of doing or finding out anything, to find out that no I don't in fact have warranty. she 'politely refused' to service my vehicle after I found out she didn't even send the email and got upset with the absolutely outrageous run around. shocking how I got all my oil changes done here and on every receipt it says they checked my vehicle and found it in good condition until it come time for inspection and suddenly it needs all these repairs.

tl;dr is take your car elsewhere!

Two months and counting for basic warranty parts replacement. Like pulling teeth to get so much as e-mail let alone a actual call back. The lady I'm stuck with is quite frankly, one of the worst agents I have ever had the displeasure of having to do business with. Sat on my request for more then a month then went on vacation. Had to go in physically only to have her send THE FIRST STEP of an e-mail out. At minimum this lady should be fired before NAPA AUTOPRO is simply known as the worst possible place to ever be sent.

The worst experience my family and I ever had. Part was ordered and told it would be there august 28 so they make our appointment for august 30 and say it’s going to be a 6hr job. We take our car there at 8:30 august 30/2023 lady at reception says parts not here should be here by 10. We wait in truro until 11am and still no part showed up. So no appointment was made when we left. The receptionist said she would call when part comes in. September 7/2023 we get the call saying the part came in and our vehicle would be in the bay doors Monday September 11/2023. We were so excited (going a week with no vehicle has been hectic) Monday September 11/2023 we cal around 11 to make sure car is in the bay so we don’t get a drive and car not ready. She reply’s no your car won’t be in until 3pm and not be done till Tuesday 12/2023 around 3. So Tuesday we go down and the car is still sitting where we left it on august 30/2023 8:30am and still no part. (According to Honda they didn’t even order the part through them like they were suppose to) MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Very disappointed.
I had booked an appointment for alignment done they had a look and tole me needed shock and strut assembly to be done and rebooked me for 2weeks later again.
I droped my vehicle early morning and by midday they called me and informed they could not do it today as parts doesn’t fit well, and booked me for 14th of June at 8am.
I was there and they told me i have been booked for day earlier, i was very clear about the date as i have to take my day off to drop my vehicle .
So when i told them i was booked for today the lady in reception was very rude and didn’t even wanted to hear me.
They don’t value people time and are very rude and unprofessional.
