Recently moved to the area from Ontario and was looking for a good reliable mechanic. Called the shop and they got me in the next morning. Dropped of my truck in the morning and was done around lunch time. Owner is very friendly and easy going. Very easy to talk too. Prices are also amazing. I have found my new mechanic shop. I'd chosen this shop for my vehicle service.(One way check point)The shop manager was cool with people from other province like myself. I personally liked to use Pennzoil for my vehicle motor oil and thankfully they understand about it. And used them exactly 6Qt as the manufacturer recommendation! They used to be reliable and helpful but since they've gotten busier I found them to be dismissive when dealing with me. I was cut off twice while I was explaining what was happening. They didn't know what was wrong and just did an oil change. Another garage listened to my problem and they said it was a known problem with my type of car, they lubricated the part and it's been fine since. Downtown Auto didn't know of this fix or even suggest trying something. I will not go back here again for my seasonal checkups. When I take my car in to be fixed I expect the garage to know how to fix it.
