We had an exhaust problem driving on our trip from Ottawa to Halifax. Sean and his team quickly diagnosed the problem, which was minor in nature although it sounded much worse. A quick change of a gasket and a clamp for a very reasonable price had us on our way with no grief. Many thanks for your quick service and fair pricing. Greatly appreciated!

I called and asked to have a front pipe installed on my vehicle. I had already purchased the pipe elsewhere and my personal mechanic of 25 years was not comfortable dealing with the rusty studs in the adjoining exhaust parts. He suggested I call a muffler shop because they are equipped, and used to dealing with these kinds of jobs. Made complete sense to me.
So I called this shop and was told they do not install supplied parts. They will only install their own parts. I asked why and they said because they can't warranty supply parts. I said I don't want warranty I want you to install a piece of exhaust system. They refused to do business with me.
That is a ridiculous policy. If a specialty shop cannot guarantee the performance of their own Mechanics for an installation something else must be at play.
I bet it's because they can't make money on the part I supplied. It's always about the money... Very disappointed.

Always charge me as much as they can and when their online scheduling doesn’t work they don’t bother to give a call to let me know. Location is convenient but my patience is at an end

Warning: Do not let them do any work on your car until you verify their quote!

Big mistake on my part, went for an MVI, and I trusted them for their honesty, and didn't doubt the quote. They charged me more than double for the parts!

Little gain like this is big loss in customers!
I am just very very upset and angry and will make sure no one I know is coming your way!

I thought the growl was a wheel bearing. They got me in early to fit my schedule, then diagnosed that it was caused by a scalloped tire. And after test driving it and going through the diagnosis with me, no charge.

Fast, within time frame discussed. Had MVI and oil change. They were clear when something was MVI required vs. general preventative. Seemed very fair and honest. Would go again.
